yeah i really wish novavax were approved as booster. i've seen nothing to suggest a conflict (and know of many people lying abt lacking primary series to get it). from what i've seen, they seem to support each other

I'm unable to get the invariant booster bc I had such a bad reaction to Moderna as someone with a wonky immune system. Novavax still not approved as an additional dose. I'm still on hold & not the only one w/o that protection. Extra special thanks to everyone taking precautions.

I hate to be a downer, and I still strongly encourage people getting boosters, but I don't think the Omicron variant chasing approach to updating existing vaccines is going to do all that much. Not with zero mitigation measures in place. It just evolves too quickly.

They'll see OTHER infectious disease patients still! But they refuse to treat monkeypox patients. At. All. No exceptions. My PCP won't even prescribe eye drops because he "doesn't know enough." I've been denied testing. I've been denied tpoxx. And ID WON'T EVEN SEE ME.
