$AGLT (Agility Robotics) has cleared SEC review for public listing through $CCXI
If you want an estimate timeline:
~Oct 13 (today): SEC S-4 declared effective
~Nov 2nd (shareholder vote): for merger approval
~November: Merger closing and ticker goes live for trading.
Company’s official statement was:
“The business combination remains subject to approval by Churchill XI shareholders and other customary closing conditions, and is expected to close in November 2026.”
So likely less than a month away for the first pure play US humanoid company to go live!
One step closer to Nasdaq: the SEC has declared effective our Form S-4 for the proposed business combination with Churchill Capital Corp XI (Nasdaq: CCXI).
Expected ticker: AGLT

My favorite @JensenHuang roadshow meetings comment from this week:
Robotics "chatGPT moment" is very close, "within a year". 👀👀
Anthropic is slowing down and cares so much about safety that they’re only spending $518B on AI infrastructure over the next few years.
Compute, memory, GPUs, etc. demand is only accelerating. Not slowing down.
Watch what they do. Not what they say.
The Muse or ChatGPT moment for robotics is coming.
What do I mean by that?
The moment robotics finally does something genuinely useful for the everyday person.
Once people experience firsthand how robotics can make their lives easier, the entire perception of the industry is going to change overnight.
It’ll be bigger than any theme we’ve seen.
In.

Sure, maybe it would be sexier if it was doing parkour or wearing spanx, but the fact of the matter is Digit 5 is best positioned to go to work in industrial applications that generate real ROI for the customer - today.
And if you want any direct exposure to humanoid robotics on US markets, this is your choice. And it's not a bad one.
Degens sent VPG from $20 to $150 because they provided one component. This is the whole package and you can buy it today.

ROBOTICS STARTUP SKILD AI HITS $100M REVENUE RUN RATE
Skild AI has reached a $100M recurring revenue run rate just 10 months after beginning commercial deployments.
The company’s general-purpose AI “brain” is now:
• Deployed across hundreds of robots
• Used by 60+ companies, up from just 8 earlier this year
• Running across warehouses, factories, hospitals, homes and cafes
• Compatible with humanoids, robotic arms, hands and quadrupeds
Skild was valued at $14B in January after raising $1.4B and has previously partnered with $NVDA and Foxconn on robotics automation at a Houston chip factory.
Its new S1 model can also teach humanoid robots multistep tasks by having them watch human demonstrations, including tasks lasting more than 10 minutes.
Skild says the growing deployment base is creating a data flywheel: more robots deployed → more real-world data → better models → more deployments.

Jacob Coxon worked at Anthropic for six weeks at entry/midlevel gig.
His resignation is not worthy of a WSJ scoop.
Based on my knowledge & experience in the field of journalism, there is an approx 0% chance he organically placed it on his own.
This was a coordinated doomer op.

PODCAST: ZincFive and Spark I Acquisition Corp $SPKL
We spoke with Tod Higinbotham, CEO of battery maker @zincfiveinc and Jim Rhee, Chairman and CEO of Spark I Acquisition Corp. $SPKL . The two announced a $752M deal in June.
Lithium-ion batteries have dominated much of the conversation in cutting-edge technology. But, what if there was a battery chemistry based on more available materials that were more recyclable and that were an even better fit for certain data center energy needs?
Tod explains how ZincFive’s nickel and zinc-based battery chemistry is uniquely suited to providing high-density backup power to data centers, and how this SPAC transaction will help it meet the ballooning demand for its products.
Jim also gets into how the company’s unique financial profile in the battery space made it a particularly interesting target, and how the SPAC’s management team plans to help ZincFive expand into new markets.
Give it a listen.

$FRNM
Jefferies initiates on @freenome with a PT of $17.
"Multiple Screening Shots on Goal; Initiate at Buy, $17 PT
Freenome is a cancer screening company developing blood-based tests across CRC, lung and other indications. Differentiation stems from the multiomics and AI-driven R&D platform, while Abbott and Roche partnerships support an asset-light commercialization strategy. Although broader commercialization only begins this fall, we see multiple avenues for value creation (royalties, milestones, indication expansion). Initiate at Buy, $17 PT supported by DCF.
Nascent CLIA lab with unique screening playbook. Freenome (FRNM) is developing a portfolio of blood-based cancer screening tests spanning CRC (120M eligible U.S. patients), lung (15M) and 10+ other indications. Leveraging proprietary multi-omics capabilities and partnerships with ABT (CRC only) and ROP-SW (ex-U.S. IVD), we see FRNM as uniquely positioned from a development and commercial standpoint, with a multi-year penetration ramp ahead.
Testing roadmap. Colorectal cancer screening (CRC) remains the near-term focus, following v1 FDA approval and recent release of v2 data, with a broader ABT-supported commercial launch in the fall. Longer term, FRNM's value proposition lies in pull-through revenues from patients receiving screening for CRC and at least one other indication (101M patients co-eligible), with lung (15M patient TAM) the next major indication. We see a steady cadence of reimbursement catalysts on deck, following American Cancer Society (ACS) guideline inclusion for CRC and potential for commercial coverage prior to USPSTF guideline review (expected late '27/'28).
The benefit of an asset-light commercialization strategy. FRNM expects to have 300-400 sales reps at scale, aiming to capitalize on a top-down health system approach, in addition to leveraging EXAS/ABT's scale (1.4k commercial employees) while retaining exposure to $700M in potential milestones and royalties (up to 10%). Internationally, Roche provides kitting upside, alongside access to the nascent Axelios NGS ecosystem, which should allow FRNM to focus capital on assay development and R&D vs. building a global commercial engine from scratch.
Financials. Revenues will be gated amid the initial CRC rollout (with GMs ramping towards a 10% royalty rate by YE27), however, FRNM should benefit from $170M in near-term milestones ($100M on v1 FDA approval, $70M on v2 approval and tech transfer to ABT). The launches of lung and other indications should support additional testing revenues, with a path to mid-teens royalties on Roche's ex-U.S. kit solution still viewed as upside.
Initiating at Buy. With access to ABT's proprietary database of 7-10M patients who have not adhered to Cologuard, we see FRNM's launch ramp exceeding Shield's, albeit with an inferior economic profile (royalties). While there are always likely to be partnership risks and questions around ABT's commercial incentive to sell FRNM tests relative to other options, we see enough optionality (pull-through, milestones) to support the current EV ($800M) with room for expansion."
