A client came for inspection yesterday and found poo in her visitor's toilet.🤦♂️
One of my workers used it and didn't flush.
She got angry immediately. Told me to replace the entire WC, wall tiles, everything in that toilet.
At my expense.She left in anger.
I gathered my workers,Nobody confessed. I sent all of them off site.
Now I'm paying for a full toilet replacement because someone couldn't flush.
I don't only post my wins. This is one of the losses.
