Band of Brothers is easily the most well known show on WW2.
I try not to do a lot on BoB because it is covered so much, but for small engagements this is probably the most well known of them all.

A Celtic fan, a Rangers fan and a Hibs fan are having a sleepover at the Celtic fan’s house.
Unfortunately, there are only two beds. The Celtic fan says, “As it’s my house, I’ll sleep in the shed.”
An hour later, there’s a knock at the door. The Hibs fan answers, and the Celtic fan is standing there.
“I can’t sleep in there. There’s a spider in the shed, and I can’t stand them.”
“No worries,” says the Hibs fan. “I’m not scared of spiders. I’ll sleep in the shed.”
An hour later, there’s another knock at the door. The Hibs fan is standing there.
“I can’t sleep in there. There’s a rat in the shed, and I can’t stand them.”
“No worries,” says the Rangers fan. “I’m not scared of rats or spiders. I’ll sleep in the shed.”
Half an hour later, there’s a knock at the door. The Celtic fan opens it, and there’s a rat and a spider standing at the door.

Dame Edna sat next to Helen Mirren and said she was offered the Queen first, then added, “This is a terrible thing to say and I mean it so nicely… I looked too young for the part.”
She mentioned Helen’s name and the role just fell into her lap.
That pause after “nicely” is the entire joke. Nobody else could insult an Oscar winner to her face, claim it was a compliment, and still have the room eating out of her hand.
