Today is my 32nd birthday.
Over the last month, I asked several 90-year-olds what advice they would give to their 32-year-old selves.
Here's the life advice everyone needs to hear:

So that video of Karsten Warholm went viral
& I wanted to look into more of his training
Some really cool stuff. The stair work reminds me of Werner Gunthor
You can see a clear emphasis on repeat contacts (obviously) and the calf, foot & ankle complex

Front structure identification key. This is specifically from an offensive perspective and how I’d teach it to a QB in a modern WCO. It doesn’t apply to how I have talked or will continue to talk about fronts from a defensive perspective, such as with Fangio-based defenses.

Man I love @TCUFootball speed work w/ coach Kaz Kazadi
Cool to see teams prioritize essentials and basics of speed development
1. Prep work
2. Various resistance work
3. Starts & short sprints
4. Repeat contacts & frontal plane
5. Top speed & timing
