🚨 NOT PARODY: The Bloc leader says Quebec shouldn't pay for Alberta's pipeline. Quebec's take from equalization this year: $13.9 BILLION. More than half of the entire program. Alberta's take: $0! Don’t forget, the equalization formula REWARDS QUEBEC for selling hydro to its own people at Canada's LOWEST PRICES. The Fraser Institute did a study & showed that this means Quebec gets a bigger cheque. They want a one way street. Alberta is effectively helping subsidize cheap Quebec energy with THEIR OIL. Imagine blaming Alberta. Block pipelines. Say they can’t survive. But take their money. The hypocrisy is so mind blowing, they don’t even see it.
