My law firm reps several of these federal employees who suffered domestic AHI attacks. The numbers are definitely higher than three.
Yet no Administration, whether DEM or GOP, has taken any known public actions against adversary(ies) who perpetrated what could be act of war.
NEW CLUSTER HAVANA SYNDROME CASES: I have confirmed through multiple sources at least three incidents beginning in 2020 of suspected directed energy attacks involving US government personnel in Northern Virginia.
I also understand the number of reported incidents is much higher. At least one incident was reported to occur at a US government facility.
In some cases, the individual(s) were investigating directed energy weapons (DEW) technology. In previous cases, the individuals' US government work was linked to the Russia portfolio.
I also learned that the cluster of new cases presents a pattern: an initial strike then followed by a flurry of attacks.
CIA/ODNI did not respond to questions seeking comment
TIMING MATTERS: Based on my reporting, the uptick in Havana Syndrome incidents coincides with the two Biden-era intelligence reports.
Those public reports assessed that it was unlikely a foreign adversary and novel weapon were to blame for these debilitating injuries among spies, diplomats, military personnel, and civilians.

FIRST AMENDMENT CASE UPDATE
The district court has clarified that I don't have to pay the $800 daily contempt fine for refusing to disclose my confidential sources while our team asks the Supreme Court to hear our First Amendment case.
The court also denied the plaintiff, Yanping Chen's request to raise the daily contempt fines to 5K. The court ordered reimbursement for the fines I have already paid.
This case is much bigger than one journalist, one story, or one news outlet. The outcome will impact every newsroom in this country and the ability of reporters to protect their sources and do investigative reporting that seeks accountability.
Yet, critical evidence remains hidden from the public and under seal by the District Court.
At a time when many corporate media outlets choose to settle or pressure journalists to surrender their notes, I want to acknowledge that Fox News has continued to stand behind me and fully support the First Amendment and investigative journalism by paying my attorney’s fees.
