When entering into a popular culture and arts services contract, the ‘Agency’ shall verify the age of the popular culture and arts performer, and shall not demand that a performer who is a minor engage in excessive physical exposure or overly sexually suggestive expression.
The ‘Agency’ shall not have youth popular culture and arts performers provide popular culture and arts services for excessive periods of time.”
