As a journalist, it's not my job to tell you who to vote for.
As a journalist, it IS my job to warn you that if we vote Donald Trump back into office, it may be the last vote we ever cast.

This response is so telling. They literally can't imagine that Brad + the Jews who went with him feel a genuine moral + even religious obligation to try to protect Palestinians from harm. It's like looking at the Jews who went to Mississippi for Freedom Summer and asking: What's their real angle?
Is @bradlander a provocateur? Absolutely. Did he come looking for a spectacle to burnish his far-left credentials? Without a doubt.
Was the IDF justified in removing him from an area where an uncoordinated olive harvest was taking place? Yes. But did doing so play directly into his hands? Also yes (just google his name and see the number of articles all over the world).
We can argue all day that Lander was wrong and Israel was right, but that misses the point. In his political circles, he is now the victim of Israeli aggression, which is exactly the image he came looking for. Israel should have known better than to give him what he wanted.

We keep being told we must surrender our decency to win and then we lament how indecent the country is becoming. Every candidate is a worse candidate, but from pastor to politician, we’re told we must hold our nose or else. Now, we’re to defend the Vivek ad or else. Nope.

Glad to see CNN reporting on this. @Acosta and I raised concerns about DHS potentially using a military-grade “heat ray.”
After 20+ years in national security, I find this deeply troubling.
A weapon designed to inflict intense pain. Against civilians?
Why does DHS need this?

Amy Acton's mother pled guilty to a felony charge of theft by deception in the 1990s. She's literally a convicted liar. And this is the person Vance is saying can be trusted to "call it like it is."

I think we can call a wrap on the idea of Vivek Ramaswamy as governor of Ohio, at this point.
I don't regret a word of this long-overdue thrashing. The latest at @NRO: nationalreview.com/2026/10/v…

Nine hecklers in the first 30 minutes of Trump's rally in Clemson SC. One got punched.
“That was incredible,” Trump said. “Who was the guy who threw that punch?”

Respectfully, you stopped sounding like a man of God years ago. Around the time you decided to sell your soul to Donald Trump, the man who goes against every single one of Jesus’s teachings. You best pray for forgiveness.
Do you know who to vote for in the midterms? Let me give you some help, but you decide. The Democratic Party wants open borders, while the Republican Party wants secure borders. The Democratic Party wants noncitizens to be able to vote; the Republican Party supports requiring voter ID. The Democratic Party wants to give taxpayer-funded benefits like healthcare to noncitizens; the Republican Party says No to that. And there are a hundred more issues. The choice is yours—but look prayerfully at what both parties stand for.

To be clear: the Republican guest said Abdul El-Sayed goes to bed in "Bin Laden's jersey" and CNN host Dana Bash said nothing, not a word of condemnation of her Republican guest - only the Democratic guest Guy Cecil pushed back, on his own.
At the end of the segment, Bash said she "appreciated" the Republican guest coming on. Is it because she shares his bigoted view of El-Sayed being a Bin Laden sympathizer?
Either way, it's insane how normalized the Islamophobia has become on mainstream cable news.
CNN's ‘Inside Politics’ panel on Wednesday blew up when former NRSC director Jason Theilman echoed Louisiana GOP Senator John Kennedy, saying that when El-Sayed “goes to bed at night, it looks like he’s sleeping in Bin Laden’s jersey,” which was followed by brief outrage from Dana Bash and former DSCC director Guy Cecil.
At the end of the interview, Bash thanked Cecil for freaking out and telling the Republican, “you’ll apologize later,” and said, “I think it was important what you said.”

Less than two weeks from the midterms, the president is shoring up his handpicked candidate in a state that hasn’t elected a Democrat statewide in two decades.

NEW: Trump’s mega Venezuelan oil deal, signed by Hegseth and Rubio, benefits an unknown group of investors and was intentionally crafted to keep the next U.S. president or future leaders of Venezuela from undoing it. @propublica saw the secret contract: propublica.org/article/trump…

The difference is child rape. Hope that clears things up for you.
Vivek Ramaswamy’s ad is apparently unprecedented. It would be just awful to activate all the members of a politician’s family to attack them…as the Democrats did with every member of RFK’s family.

The White House Correspondents' Association strongly objects to the decision to restrict a journalist’s coverage simply because the president didn’t care for their questioning. That is retaliation. The American public's right to an independent press depends on reporters being able to do their jobs without fear that challenging the president will cut off their access.
