Marketing moves I'd bet my life on: 1. Make every new feature or announcement a launch. Copy + Video + Amplification. Nail this and you'll be trending on Twitter for a week. 2. Making good taste your differentiator. Anyone can launch anything, so what stands out is how you package and talk about it. 3. Doing so much organic storytelling that people are already warmed up by the time they see your ads on Meta & Google, or your launches. 4. Running paid ads early on at any budget and letting Meta find and funnel in your customers for you. 5. Being omnipresent. The era of "just focus on one channel" is dead. Every company doing $10M+ is everywhere, all the time. What did I miss that's working for you?

is there someone bringing bitbns exchange users together to lodge something against the exchange and its team? I keep getting automated responses from them but no eta. their website happily allows me to sell and promptly files that with income tax so I end up paying tax on money I never had credited. they won't let me transfer my coins out of the exchange to something which is legit like coindcx. @gauravdahake @bitbns

Is it just me or for others as well. Ultrahuman rings mysteriously stop working after 6/7 months. They offer prompt replacements but I’m in the 3rd replacement and ring broke again. When it works, the app and ring are fantastic

State of crypto exchange withdrawals in bns. How do I make sense of “processed within more than 60 working days”. How is this even legal ? The instant mode doesn’t work either. @bitbns @gauravdahake

We instituted an official AI Writing Policy at @Clay. Massive thanks to @sophiebits on our engineering team who wrote this. Originally this was just for eng, but other teams found it so helpful we expanded it company-wide. Here are the four guiding principles: 1. You must stand behind every idea and sentence It is your responsibility to make sure that the entire document is representative of your own thoughts before you share it. 2. Writing is thinking Spending time on the writing process teaches you more about your topic. If you circumvent this process, you will walk away with a poorer understanding of the subject matter. 3. More time should be spent writing a document than consuming it If you generate a document from a short prompt then ask your readers to go through the longer output, you are disrespecting their time. They can talk to ChatGPT themselves if they want to. 4. Longer is not better AI makes it easy to generate long docs, and it loves padding them with sentences that say nothing. If you're producing docs from a short prompt, consider just sharing the prompt. You can read (and borrow) the full policy below. Hopefully we all communicate a bit more clearly now :)

Sol - Kloop deck and memo tool was built as more a personal problem. create memos, decks for sales and export to pdf fast like i chat with claude code instead of grinding over premium ppt templates, chart components etc. taggy.dev/blog/decks-as-code…

At kloop.ai one of the feedback and experiments we ran was using voice for working with your CRM like listening to your daily brief on the go or creating a new deal quickly and it definitely feels like a nice layer to have on top to get things done quickly. cmd+space and talk🎙️

This has been our learning too building kloop.ai for revenue teams.
Systems of record have never been more important than in a world where you have AI agents that will do 100X more work on these platforms than people ever did. Agents will be querying the data in these systems, processing tasks, executing workflows, collaborating with human and agent users, and more. Thus, the governance, reliability, security, access controls, and business logic remain critical more than ever — the OpenAI Hugging Face incident is just a small peek into what the future will look like with agents running around trying to execute on their goals. But this only works for the systems of record that respond with the right product experiences, APIs, and business models to support agents on and off their platform executing in these systems. Huge moment of opportunity and disruption right now in all of software.

@taggy and I started @KloopAi with a simple question: how can sales teams make more revenue with AI. We built a copilot for mid-market sales teams. Then 100 customer conversations told us we were looking in the wrong place. 1/8

I had to spend 2 nervous weeks as a in-patient at a hospital this month. I would have absolutely hated the folks who run it if they were running a music party downstairs. It makes zero sense as a patient or their family. What do we think is on their mind constantly while being admitted at a hospital ? Or what is the hospital staffs job towards in-patient folks apart from taking care of them ?
Hospitals that don’t scare people. That is the idea around which we do everything at Superhealth. This Saturday night, we tried something unusual: we hosted a musical event at the hospital. I know how that sounds a little WTF. And plenty of people have been outraged by it. But hear me out. The guest list was curated. Every patient and attendant was invited. Several joined us—some because they were bored, some because they wanted a distraction, and some because a hospital can feel like a very lonely place on a Saturday night. Here is how it actually worked. We closed the OPDs at 8 pm, as we do every day. The event began at 10 pm, with registration in the OPD lobby. Everything else took place in the basement, mezzanine and fourth-floor (our office). All active inpatient areas were on completely off-limits and separated from the event by multiple floors in between and extensive sound insulation. To be absolutely clear: no music or event related sound reached the patients. Not “almost zero.” Zero. I’ve read the criticism, and I think the debate is useful and makes the point more strongly. It reveals how deeply we have accepted hospitals as places that must feel cold, frightening and morose. The mere suggestion that a hospital could also be warm, hopeful—perhaps even joyful—feels wrong to us. Then we wonder why people avoid hospitals. Why they tolerate pain for days, postpone tests and ignore symptoms until manageable problems become serious ones. Until that shoulder pain becomes shoulder surgery. Patients do not want to live in a morose environment. Their attendants do not either. If we can offer people a few hours of distraction, warmth or joy without compromising their care or rest, we believe that effort is worth making. Hospitals do not need to be scary places. We are going to keep pushing that belief. And to everyone who was disturbed or triggered by this: you have an open invitation to visit the next event. Come see how it works. It may surprise you. As I always say, I hope you never need a hospital. But if you do, I hope you find one that is warm, inviting and kind not one that is lonely, morose and scary.

@OrangeHealth_ I took an emergency report from your app. The neo section says something and the pdf just doesn’t have it Your support is also pretty bad simply keeps saying we r looking into it. How is this acceptable for a diagnostic lab ? Getting correct report is the most basic thing. App shows x and pdf has no such section

You can build all the fancy neo insights but do the basics of showing correct report. It was an emergency report you are making mess of it

A very exciting and a powerful Product. If you are a funded company looking to turbocharge your product roadmap. Vorflux is a no brainer.
Launching @vorfluxai : The autopilot for software engineering. I was prev co-founder / CTO of @Rippling ($10B) and #1 coder in India. Vorflux is my high octane Ferrari. Every AI coding tool still makes you fly the plane. That's the copilot model: you stay in the seat, approving every turn. The models quietly got good enough to fly the whole route, but the tools never caught up. So we built the autopilot. @vorfluxai raised a $15M seed by @ycombinator @peakxvpartners @alliancedao @parkerconrad @jake_zeller @balajis @nivi @metakovan @lmrankhan @nikitabase @0xrwu @ayushjaiswal @mattshumer_ @eshamanideep @sreeramkannan @dvcoolster @nusimow @TeddySolomon11 @ashtoncofer @rvivek etc Drop your biggest engineering bottleneck below. I'll reply with how I'd attack it with Vorflux, and hand you $200 in free credits to bang out your backlog. Our full thesis 🧵👇

Tamil Nadu is a weird state. They have a fascination with electing cinema stars with no track record of administration or public policies as politicians. I honestly didn't feel we would do this again with Vijay but looks like that's what majority of people wanted. Look forward to seeing what does his term!

appreciate how well this team has handled the security issue
Update from us @LiteLLM, We will be partnering with @TrustVanta for its SOC-2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 recertification. Thank you to the Vanta team for their quick help! We are also in the process of identifying 3rd party auditors to verify our compliance controls.
