Haters been accusing the two brothers of greediness and diluting $IREN while filling their own bags.
Well, well, well….
The two founders just took their pay in shares. They can’t touch them for six years.
They did this WHILE the stock was down 71% from the high.

Not financial advice.
$IREN's two founders just took their pay in shares they cannot touch for six years. In the new proxy filing, co-CEOs Daniel and William Roberts each received 9.1M restricted shares, vesting over four years with a two year hold after that, and no new equity grants for the CEOs through 2031.
The same filing asks shareholders to approve settling the convertible hedges in shares, up to 149.9M shares through capped calls, so dilution gets offset instead of paid in cash.
The stock sits at $22, down 71% from its high, and the founders locked themselves in until 2032. Thursday they report. $IREN

ALT Screenshot from IREN Limited's proxy filing. The section "2027 Co-CEO Staking Grants in Lieu of All Equity Incentives Until Fiscal 2031" states each Co-CEO was granted 9,099,328 TRSUs, vesting in four equal annual installments, each subject to a further two year post-vesting holding period, with no other equity grants during the vesting period, which ends in Fiscal 2031. The grant size, the two year holding period, and the Fiscal 2031 end date are highlighted in gold.

To @danroberts0101 & the $IREN team — one request from shareholders going into the earnings call on Thursday:
Make this the call that changes the narrative.
The market already knows AI demand is enormous. We know power is constrained. We know IREN has 5GW+ of secured power and 2026 capacity largely sold.
What investors desperately need now is proof of what comes next.
After @elonmusk’s “guppy-level death” comments around neocloud financing, the sector is being valued as though debt, dilution and eventual consolidation are inevitable.
IREN needs to explain — with numbers — why it is one of the survivors, and ideally one of the consolidators.
What I think the market needs to hear:
• 2027 contracting: How much capacity is already contracted, reserved or in late-stage negotiation? Give us MW, ARR potential and delivery timing.
• Customers: If disclosure allows it, give us another hyperscaler/frontier-lab name or at least enough detail to understand the quality and scale of the pipeline.
• Financing: Show exactly how the $25–30B build is funded. Customer prepayments, GPU financing, data-centre financing, operating cash flow and equity. Most importantly: how much can be built without material shareholder dilution?
• Answer Musk directly: Why does IREN survive the “guppy-level death” scenario? Explain what differentiates IREN from a leveraged GPU renter — owned/secured power, vertically integrated infrastructure, long-term contracts, customer prepayments, financing access and software/services.
• Cash generation: Give investors a credible timeline to positive free cash flow and meaningful profitability. The market needs to see when this stops looking like endless capex and starts looking like a cash-generating infrastructure platform.
• Revenue ramp: Translate the build schedule into quarterly revenue/EBITDA. Horizon 2/3/4 → commissioning → customer acceptance → revenue. Make the bridge impossible to misunderstand.
• Utilisation: Confirm whether GPUs coming online are effectively being absorbed immediately and what utilisation investors should expect through 2027.
• Mirantis + DSX: Quantify the opportunity. Can IREN generate materially higher revenue/MW through managed cloud, inference, sovereign AI and software rather than remaining primarily an infrastructure provider?
• 5GW monetisation: Give us a clearer picture of what even 1GW, 2GW and ultimately 5GW could economically represent.
• Execution: Tell us what has been delivered on time, what is ahead of schedule and what the biggest remaining bottlenecks actually are.
The market has moved from asking:
“Is there enough AI demand?”
to:
“Who can finance it, build it, fill it and generate cash from it without destroying shareholders?”
This earnings call is an opportunity for IREN to answer that question decisively.
Investors don’t need more hype.
We need enough hard numbers that the market is forced to reconsider what $IREN actually is.

Sam, 64gb just sitting in the drawer of my desk doing nothing. Stay mad about it faggot.
OpenAI CEO Sam Altman says it’s “quite terrible” that people have so much DRAM sitting in their own PCs instead of being used in data centers.
“Everyone have a bunch of the world’s limited supply of DRAM sitting in their own computer. And be used 5% of the time,”
He argues that cloud data centers should make better use of limited memory supplies instead of people running AI models locally.

JUST IN: ITALY EXIT TAX
🇮🇹 Italy proposes a 26% exit tax on unrealized investment gains for people leaving the country from 2027.
It’d apply to those with €800k+ in relevant assets who were tax residents for at least 6 of the last 10 years.
I've been warning you: European countries are bankrupt and will try to seize your assets.
The exit is closing.

🚨 TRUMP JUST WENT THERE
Trump posted a "Life Before Obama" checklist on Truth Social.
ISIS, Black Lives Matter, Antifa, the Russia Hoax, expensive Obamacare, and TDS all made the list.
The day after Obama got on stage to say he's "tired of being divided," Trump handed him the receipt.
Obama started it. Trump is finishing it.

Donald Trump gets emotional about his first ever election without Charlie Kirk. Donald Trump says he believes Charlie Kirk would have been PRESIDENT...
"It's one of the saddest things that has ever happened in politics. He had a great future."
The President says he used to tell Charlie he had a "Presidential future" but Charlie was more interested in making sure Trump and others got elected, not himself.
"He was a tremendous guy and we miss him. We're always going to miss him. He was special"
This is the first election we've had since Charlie's assassination. There was no one more instrumental in energizing the youth vote in 2024. Anyone who watched him behind the scenes knows he worked tirelessly for this movement.
We owe it to Charlie to get out and Vote.
Do it for Charlie.
