in 5 mins, I’ve got a solid list of fresh vacancies to dig into.
@KeenableAI is next level.... and free
Inspired by my solo founders friends I returned to my stealth pet project. Hope to reveal it in next two weeks

accidentally found @walterwrites_ai and immediately thought: guys, you’re missing the only logo this name deserves.
Walter Write is cooking…
cancelled my @higgsfield_ai subscription today /great product btw/ and their cancellation flow genuinely surprised me.
they make the loss visible, ask why you’re leaving, understand the intent, and offer the right save.
Non-toxic. Thoughtful. Probably very effective.
WDYT?
Cyprus 🤍
The EU 🇪🇺 has a legal 3% tax loophole for SaaS founders.
No need to go to Dubai.
No “Offshore company” either.
It's called the Cyprus IP Box Regime & it's an EU-approved tax incentive.
Most software entrepreneurs have never even heard about it.
But Cyprus has quietly attracted thousands of tech companies, including names like Semrush, Wargaming & GDEV/Nexters.
The last company is publicly traded on NASDAQ & even discloses in their SEC filings that they apply the Cyprus IP Box regime.
But your business can take advantage of the IP Box too.
If your company has or develops an Intellectual property (IP), then 80% of your qualifying profits can be tax-exempt in Cyprus.
Cyprus corporate tax is 15%, but under the IP Box you're only taxed on 20% of the profits.
So 20% × 15% = 3% effective corporate tax.
Example: Your SaaS business generates 1.000.000€ in qualifying profits:
> 1.000.000€ profit
> 800.000€ IP Box deduction
> 200.000€ taxable
> 30.000€ corporate tax
= 970.000€ left, after tax. Insane.
But it gets even more interesting.
If you personally move to Cyprus, we will apply for your Non-Dom Status where your dividends are fully tax-exempt as well.
So you can distribute the remaining 970.000€ as a dividend to yourself at a tax rate of 0%.
There is only one additional surcharge for the EU health card.
It’s 2.65%, capped at 180.000€.
Meaning, even if you receive more than 180.000€ in dividend, the maximum you’ll pay is 4.770€ per year.
Almost 5k€. On nearly 1M€. Horrible.
So from 1.000.000€ in profits, 30.000€ went to corporate tax & 4.770€ went to healthcare.
That’s less than 3.5% in total tax for you as an entrepreneur.
> While living in the EU
> With 320+ sunny days per year
> Growing entrepreneur community
> Cleanest sea waters in Europe
> Relaxed lifestyle
> Low crime
Cyprus 🇨🇾 might be one of the best places in Europe for SaaS founders, indie hackers, app developers & software entrepreneurs.
And I thought X is probably the best place to share this as many of our clients are on here as well.
Honestly, I’m not a fan of CLIs - but I really need Codex on my VPS.
Today I found out the ChatGPT iOS app can SSH into my VPS and run the Codex CLI for me.
So my setup is:
ChatGPT iOS → SSH → VPS → Codex CLI.
Am I the only one doing this? 🤣

I was avoiding weighing in on this, but does anyone at OpenAI dispute that:
(1) They heard rumors of a Millennium Prize breakthrough (the rumors I heard were that it was about Naiver-Stokes specifically, from Anthropic, and under external review. Who knows if they knew this, the blog posts suggests they didn't, but even so...)
(2) They then spent millions of dollars in a week-long sprint to... scoop the (unknown) authors who made the breakthrough? Or at least push hard in that direction knowing there was a chance they would do so?
(3) They then learned that Levant/Tristan were the authors in question and intended to offer them co-authorship? For a result that was presumably already achieved? Then they learned Levant/Tristan only had a resolution of the forced Euler problem (i.e. a key step on the way to a Navier-Stokes solution, but not the full milestone) so they published alone?
If all the above is true, then sure. OpenAI independently found a solution to the Naiver-Stokes equation. But they seemingly did it for maximally icky reasons.
I don't know the professional norms in math but something about this reeks of... silicon valley mindset/zero-sum thinking. Why not spend the millions of dollars pursuing a totally new problem, rather than directly competing with progress on a problem that you know is about to be announced, even if you don't know the exact shape or origin of the announcement? Even if you want to explore problems in the region of "millennium prize," why not give it two weeks to see what the pending result is so you can build off of it, not scoop someone, not waste millions on potentially duplicative efforts, etc. Seems like a waste, unless the goal is to beat someone else to the announcement, i.e. "I don't want to live in a world where someone else solves millennium prize problems better than we do."
Stepping from CPO to Design Director in GameDev, one of my top priorities was raising our art bar. And it starts with the characters, so we began by overhauling every meta hero.
Kicking off a new Before/After series. And no, he’s not a vampire -- he’s a blood mage. 🩸
I’ve already tried Keenable SELECT as MCP -- and it’s awesome.
Now I know exactly what side project I’m going to build with it
Imagine the map of startups like warmap.lol but all data will scrap via SELECT
