the real longevity hack is being rich
low stress, low effort
for example I've been ordering food basically every day for 5 years now
imagine how much energy I would've wasted preparing all that food by myself
before I got rich I looked terrible even though I was younger, had to wake up every day and go to school, etc.
this effort, waking up early, doing annoying shit age you rapidly
whereas when you are rich, you can do whatever you want to do every day
I could rot on my couch for a year, 5 years straight and make people bring me food and clean my house
