Aloha @Opendoor @nejatian @morganb $OPEN and OPEN Aarmy, I am asking for help in regards to helping people here in my community sell their homes to @Opendoor. These families call me asking for more information because they trust me and they are thought (probably by their legacy realtors) that @Opendoor is screwing them. Because @morganb and @laurenkthurston sent me and my ohana @Opendoor swag, my neighbors come and talk to me. One neighbor whom I never met and is selling called me and opened up to me today. He couldn't believe he didn'know that his @Opendoor offer was arround a $40k away from what his house is selling the legacy way. He didn't even know of the other options @Opendoor offers. I can send you folks the address if you guys like? You guys really need to find a better way to educate people because realtors are teaching them that @Opendoor is the enemy. My neighbor even went to your website for help and left angry. Why is there no AI bot (opendoor agent) helping them navigate or talk to them when they use the app or website? Please help me get this message to the right people at @Opendoor so they can reach out to my neighbors that are talking to me about @Opendoor. Mahalo ke Akua

Alert to all Realtors: this individual below believe your careers are over. Dear @Nbusiness1990 , not sure if what your goal here was, but telling realtors you’re happy about them raising concerns about the tactic of subvention is not a good idea, actually rookie like. And then telling them they can’t evolve and adapt therefore going to die off, also not a good idea, actually bad for business. I’ll take 15,000 of them, give them ai tools that actually work and watch a human who knows how to use ai , crush it, because they love people. That profession isn’t going away, it will change but it isn’t going away. Especially when they are tuned into a salesforce that can sell everything. People grinders and hustlers #RespectRealtors
