If you have STUBBORN love handles:
Start taking one of these EVERY SINGLE DAY
Make it a nonnegotiable for the next 60, 90, 120, 150, 180+ days
Whatever it takes time wise to send those love handles packing
NOTHING works better
As a matter of fact…nothing else works AT ALL

***HOW TO CUT PROPERLY***
Step 1: Track your calories daily — take the average at the end of the week
Step 2: Track your steps daily — take the average at the end of the week
Step 3: Track your bodyweight daily — take the average at the end of the week
Step 4: Analyze your weekly averages each week after you’ve compiled 2+ weeks (preferably closer to 4) of data
If you’re losing between .5-1% of your total bodyweight per week, CHANGE NOTHING
If you’re not losing AT LEAST .5% of your total bodyweight per week, you’ve got 3 options available to you:
1) Decrease average daily calorie intake
2) Increase average daily step count
3) Some combination of 1 & 2
Generally speaking, make changes in 100-200 calorie increments and 1,000-2,000 step increments until you reach the ideal rate of loss range
Tips to facilitate hitting a calorie deficit:
1) Choose mostly whole/minimally processed foods
2) Bias heavily toward protein-based foods
3) Avoid liquid calories like the plague unless you’ve got a low appetite
4) Aim to cook most/all of your meals at home
5) Aim to prepare meals in advance unless you’ve always got ample time to cook
6) If you are to eat out, tax the estimated calories consumed up by anywhere from 10-50% to account for larger portions/cooking in oils
7) Spread your calories evenly across 3-5 feedings per day

Matsson follows up his musings on France with a relentless series of jabs at Roy family. One of the best written Succession scenes:
▫️”Lecture me Vaulter Guy"
▫️”[Waystar is] a parts shop. Good parts. Bad brand."
▫️”I don't care what you think. You're a tribute band."
▫️[About Greg in Swedish] “There’s more of them…6’9 of pure nepotism!”
▫️ “[ATN] is fine but the graph is horrible. It's not complicated. A lot of yelling. Long term, I don't think news for angry old people works. I'd fold it in. Fat pipe that shit. Simple, cheap, huge. Ikea'd to fuck."
▫️”I'm just trying to make you fucking rich." ("Already Rich")
▫️”On the offer, I think I am what I am what I am." ("Ok, Popeye")

What’s your split? I find it hard to hit every muscle 2x a week without having to be in the gym everyday

Elon’s response? “How fast do you want it to go?”

Number one mental health hack I’ve learned in 40 years is to regularly workout to the point of collapse. I’m talking laying on the floor in a pool of sweat, unable to stand up, gasping for air kind of workout. It will result in better everything: mood, sleep, energy. Try it!

Wall Street pulled off one of the greatest marketing tricks in history: convincing long term investors that volatility is risk and leverage is reckless, then selling them an entire industry of “low volatility, uncorrelated returns” designed to solve the problem.
For the vast majority of investors building wealth over decades, even brutal 50%+ drawdowns aren’t the enemy. Permanent loss of capital is.
Avoiding responsible leverage, concentration and volatility at all costs means sacrificing enormous long term compounding just to make the ride feel smoother.
The goal isn’t the smoothest path.
It’s maximizing long term wealth without taking enough risk to blow yourself up.

Tesla could bankrupt every other automaker and become the largest company in the world if they simply build a full size SUV with full self driving and starlink.
Make a large vehicle and people will buy it!!!
