🚨 Minnesota just charged journalists Cam Higby and James O'Keefe with FELONIES for exposing the state's vouching loophole. Nobody voted. We stand with Cam.
Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty announced two felony charges each this morning, unlawful voting and identity theft, over hidden camera videos they filmed at Minneapolis polling places during the Aug. 11 primary.
In Cam's video he walks in wearing a full face veil, gives a registered voter's name, asks to vouch for someone, then asks "Can I vote without ID?" The poll worker: "Yes, if you're already in the system."

👉 Zero vouching oaths signed
👉 Charged by summons, first court date Nov. 16
Even Moriarty admits it: "I think it's pretty clear they did not intend to vote. That's not the question here." She says giving another person's name is the crime, and alleges some names belonged to people who had died and one to someone who voted.
Cam's response: "No laws were broken. They want me in PRISON for exposing election vulnerabilities in their state."
And: "I showed how Minnesota allows cheating in elections. Now they want to TAKE MY RIGHT TO VOTE AWAY."
Six days before an election, the loophole is still on the books and the people who filmed it are the ones facing felonies. That looks political to us. Fix the law. Don't jail the messenger.
Charged, not convicted. Both are presumed innocent.

Police say Jalloh stepped off that same bus with her.
She was found in the bus shelter with multiple st*b wounds to her upper body.
She passed away right there.
Fairfax County's own POLICE CHIEF, Kevin Davis, says her m*rder was "entirely preventable."
And it wasn't just the county.
ICE says it held Jalloh for 702 days back in 2018… then had to release him after a judge ruled he couldn't be sent back to Sierra Leone.
EVERY LEVEL had a shot at this man.
Now Cheryl Minter, Stephanie's mom, has filed a RECALL PETITION AGAINST THE PROSECUTOR!!!!!
She says she found out AFTER burying her daughter that police had been warning this office about him for months.
Her petition reads: "Thirty times the system had a chance to stop him, and then let him go."

Nearly SIXTEEN TIMES what families were paying a few years ago.
Families who bought what they thought were their forever homes are now being told to pay $30,000 a year in HOA fees, or GO INTO FORECLOSURE!!!!!!
The neighborhood is Magnolia Cove in Sherrills Ford, Catawba County NC.
Jill Menson and her husband bought their house believing it would be their LAST home and five years ago, their HOA fee was $158 a month.
This summer it shot up to more than $1,200.
Plus a $10,000 ASSESSMENT on top of that.
On Monday night, the HOA board voted to raise fees AGAIN, from $1,250 to $2,500 a month.
That’s nearly SIXTEEN TIMES what they paid five years ago.
And the meeting?
It was held over ZOOM.
Menson says they’ll be forced out with nowhere to go, because no one will buy a house carrying fees like that.
So they went to the state for help.
The North Carolina Attorney General’s office told Channel 9 there are NO STATUTES limiting how much an HOA can charge.
None.
As long as the board follows its own documents, it can charge whatever it wants.
