But they nerfed dungeon XP to be more in the world 😌😌🤣.
Now this is AOE Leveling ! Very nice group setup by Jokerd and his homies, taking it to the next level on release !😎 The race to first lv60 is on, who's your favorite ?

Day 28 of asking the devs to fix dungeon XP. Funny how dungeons are considered antisocial “spam,” yet they’re the only time I actually got group invites. 💀😂 While leveling and questing in the open world, I barely received any group invites. But the moment I needed a dungeon? Players were actively looking to group up. Meanwhile, streamers are promoting RestedXP guides designed to optimize leveling, largely through solo questing. So we’re encouraging optimized solo leveling while discouraging repeatable group content in an MMO? 🤔 I have nothing against RestedXP or solo questing. Play however you enjoy! But dungeons naturally encourage teamwork, communication, and meeting new players. Why are we making one of WoW’s biggest social experiences less rewarding? Let questers quest. Let dungeon players dungeon. Bring back meaningful dungeon XP. Reward the social aspect of WoW. ⚔️ @ClaytonStone @AggrendWoW @QuestTheLine

Day 27 of asking the devs to fix dungeon XP. New dungeons, new content, same old XP problem. 💀😂 We’re heading into launch with exciting new dungeons, but what’s the incentive to keep running them once the quests are done and the gear is obtained? A dungeon shouldn’t lose its value after the first clear. We understand the goal of encouraging open-world exploration, but meaningful dungeon XP doesn’t have to come at the expense of questing. Players should be excited to group up, explore, and repeat content without feeling like they’re wasting their time. We’re not asking for the fastest XP. We’re asking for a rewarding experience. @ClaytonStone @AggrendWoW @QuestTheLine

Day 26 of asking the devs to fix dungeon XP. Final patch notes are out, and dungeon XP apparently didn’t make the cut. 💀😂 We’re about to launch WoW Forever with brand-new dungeons, yet we’re still discouraging players from running them more than once. The 20% buff was a start, but it doesn’t fix the underlying problem. Dungeons should be more than a one-time quest checklist or gear farm. We’ve spent weeks asking for a healthy balance between questing and dungeon leveling. Nobody wants to kill open-world exploration. We just want BOTH playstyles to be rewarding. Launch isn’t the end of the conversation. Let’s keep pushing for meaningful dungeon XP! @ClaytonStone @AggrendWoW @QuestTheLine

Advice for WoW Forever, make sure once you've formed your dungeon group that you change loot rules to "Masterloot" so you can get a headstart on gearing. Remember, you made the group, you deserve the loot.

I give it till December that wow will be on console
Xbox quickly deleted a post that listed World of Warcraft: Forever among November's Xbox releases.. The social team says it was a mistake, but it's already fuelling fresh speculation about a future console version! windowscentral.com/gaming/xb…

Day 25 of asking the devs to fix dungeon XP. Imagine needing 5 players to complete content, only to be rewarded LESS than someone killing mobs solo. 💀😂 Dungeons require teamwork, coordination, finding a tank, finding a healer, and sometimes dealing with wipes. Yet we’re treating meaningful dungeon XP like it’s somehow bad for the game? What’s the point of encouraging group content if the rewards don’t justify the effort? 🤔 Nobody is asking for dungeon leveling to be the fastest method. We just want it to be a viable alternative to questing. Reward the teamwork. Reward the time invested. Make dungeons worth repeating. ⚔️ @ClaytonStone @AggrendWoW @QuestTheLine

POP THAT BUBBLE! POP THAT BUBBLE! POP THAT BUBBLE! POP THAT BUBBLE!
🚨 US LAWMAKERS ARE NOW PREPARING FOR THE AI BUBBLE TO BURST. House Democrats have introduced a resolution opposing government bailouts for AI companies if the industry crashes. Instead of rescuing them with taxpayer money, lawmakers want failed AI companies to go through normal bankruptcy. And the timing is extremely concerning. Some of the world's biggest tech companies are investing billions into AI startups that spend heavily on their products. • Nvidia invests in CoreWeave, which buys Nvidia chips. • Microsoft invests in OpenAI, which spends billions on Microsoft's cloud services. • Amazon invests in Anthropic, which uses Amazon's cloud infrastructure. Billions are moving between companies that are becoming increasingly dependent on each other's spending. And lawmakers are raising concerns about the growing use of borrowed money by Big Tech and Wall Street to finance the AI boom. The resolution is not law, but it shows that some lawmakers are already worried about what happens if the industry collapses. If AI startups run out of funding, they could be forced to slash spending or declare bankruptcy, leaving their investors and suppliers facing massive losses. And without government bailouts, a major failure could spread across chipmakers, cloud providers, banks and the broader stock market. The biggest risk is that one major AI bankruptcy could trigger losses across an entire industry worth trillions.

Fuck this guy
sam: local inference is a terrible allocation of scarce resources “a lot of people want local inference, and somehow they assume that the problem is solved now because we have open-source models, we're going to be able to run them on our computers, and so we're not going to need all the stuff in the data centre but from a global allocation perspective, actually it's quite terrible to have everybody, like, have a bunch of the world's limited supply of DRAM sitting in their own computer and being used five percent of the time you want maximum utilisation in the cloud if you're trying to deal with this very supply-constrained environment somehow many people's intuition is the opposite of that”

Put WoW on game pass 🥹
In Q1, XBOX revenue declined 2% YoY, compared with a 10% decline a quarter ago, while our accountability margin improved. Minecraft and WoW Forever set records, Call of Duty had its most acclaimed release in more than a decade, and our PC platform revenue grew double digits. Console sales remain constrained by supply, with more demand than consoles available. We’re working to get more consoles into players’ hands, including through our expanded refurbishment program. We’re making progress, with a lot more work ahead.

Day 24 of asking the devs to fix dungeon XP. Apparently, running the same dungeon twice is “spamming,” but killing 500 boars is called “exploring Azeroth.” 💀😂 I understand wanting players out in the open world, but why does that mean dungeons have to feel unrewarding? Some players enjoy questing. Others enjoy grouping up, learning their class, and running dungeons throughout the leveling journey. Neither playstyle should be punished for enjoying the game differently. We’re not asking for faster leveling. We’re asking for meaningful progression while doing the content we enjoy. Revert dungeon XP or find a reasonable middle ground. Let players enjoy ALL content @ClaytonStone @AggrendWoW @QuestTheLine
