Read the comments on this thread - none positive about new housing! To have allowed homeowners to suffer the poor quality, energy inefficient, leaseholder-fraud & fire-risk laced shambles that is UK new build to continue, i must assume @RobertJenrick is both evil & corrupt.

Woman was dragged out of car, tackled to ground & handcuffed.
Agents finally checked driver's license to prove her citizenship—and did eventually release her.
DHS issued a statement claiming that she had initially refused to roll down her car window "all the way."

You don’t need a 28 point f’ing plan.
You only need a two point plan.
Point One:
Russia must completely withdraw all of its military forces from Ukraine and cease all hostilities, period.
Point Two:
An international committee will determine how Russia will provide reparations to Ukraine in the rebuilding of the country and compensate its citizens for its losses of homes and lives.
It’s a rough outline, but it must be non-negotiable.

The Ukraine peace deal Steve Witkoff has ‘negotiated’ with Russia is seen in Kyiv as an all-out victory for Putin. Ukraine must lose half its army, accept the loss of Crimea and much of its eastern territory, and can’t join NATO. Russia rejoins the G-7 & its assets are unfrozen.

We weren’t ready for a pandemic though we knew there was a high chance of one. We had an appalling death rate and economic impact.
