If you're bad at texting I'd simply assume that your in-person communication skill is worse.
The inability to make good use of the leverage of having time to think your replies through and elaborate on them is a flaw.
Can it be difficult than thinking/speaking simultaneously?
Love is the death of logic, or rather, the revelation of its limitations. It is among the most biggest demonstrations that not everything true must submit itself to reason. There are truths that intellect cannot sufficiently justify, realities that must be experienced before ...
capacity for judgment. Do not allow suffering dictate the meaning of every of your experiences.
Do not blaspheme love because someone failed to love you well. What betrayed you may have been another person's weakness, their unconsciousness, their selfishness, or the limits ...

You should nourish within yourself a high truth preference in all matters, not just regarding the abstract, but also in regards to yourself, for if you wish to be a strong person and live the best life possible, you cannot allow fear to take root, become your master and govern you, for the more you make denying reality your go to method for coping with it, the more you must pretend, hide and deny to simply exist - so now ask yourself: does a prisoner of fear strike you as someone living this life in the way aligned with their highest potential selves?
Are your heroes prisoners of fear? Do you permit your cowardice to dress itself as aesthetic sensuality, higher morality or intelligence, and tell yourself that by giving into one of the lowest parts of yourself you are doing the right thing, or do you keep lying to yourself as much as you lie to others?
The brutality of reality is that just because you pretend something isn't real, doesn't mean it isn't, and thus the effects of existence continue to exert themselves upon you, for your denial of a thing does not erase the effects of that thing. You see, in needing to hide from reality, you are still subject to it, because rather than free you, the avoidance of it has forced you to organise your life around it - and thus in attempting to escape it, you have merely exchanged the burden of confronting it for the more onerous burden of perpetually hiding from it - either way, you must live with it - and only one way lets you master it.
Strategically speaking, you are also incredibly vulnerable. Anyone who discovers what you are hiding from can simply force you into confrontation with what you're avoiding on terms which are not your own, and in doing so, ambush you by imposing it on you to destabilise you.
This is another price you pay for lying to yourself: a big gaping tactical vulnerability that allows people to hurt you by doing nothing but speaking the truth to you, and truth like beauty and goodness is part of the trifecta that forms divinity - so what does it say about you when something pure can hurt you?
God did not put you on this Earth to be wounded by truth, and so it is far better to make truth your friend and wield it as your weapon than let it become your enemy - because repeatedly choosing against it has made you vulnerable to it.
I bought my first condoms at 22 and I was shameless about it. Been sexually active long before then, but I never bought any with my own money. I always stole them from my elder brother. I'm sure he knew, but he restocks them every time without ever asking me a single question. 😂

It is generally wise for women, especially young women, to limit the access that men have to them. If you are an even moderately attractive or intelligent young women, men are going to repeatedly proposition you in some pretty strange and undesirable ways until your threat detection pattern recognition builds up a natural distrust and contempt for men.
It also just causes background stress and anxiety to have to be on your guard around men all the time. Much potential nonsense, upset and danger can be averted by minimising your engagement with men as much as possible. Of course, if you are ambitious and want to accomplish anything worth accomplishing as a woman, then men are pretty unavoidable, as they are the vast majority at the highest levels of competence hierarchies, and thus if you are going to properly apply yourself in a way that makes avoiding them unfeasible, you should generally carry yourself in a way that makes you seem uninteresting and otherwise unapproachable.
Aim to be efficient and bland, rather than interesting and likeable. Don't be pleasant, sweet or complimenting, because they will your warmth as a sign of receptivity to their lust driven overtures, and start to fantasise you are attracted to them. Do not accentuate your sexuality by dressing to entice them for whatever meagre dopamine hits that may bring you. Aim to go largely unnoticed by all except who you need to be noticed by - do not be conspicuous. If you are too interesting, likeable and play even small attention games, you will end up in many awkward and undesirable situations. Some of these situations be genuinely dangerous, whilst others may just lose you opportunities in your unwillingness to reciprocate warmth or forfeit your dignity. The men with ill designs on you will be many, whilst the ones you can genuinely appreciate, feel safe around and trust will be few. Truth be told, women do not really have any business working alongside men, and so if you are going to regardless, these are the sorts of protective measures you should be taking.

I always try to act in good faith when I interact with people. Not because I am naive but because I am always looking to secure the moral high ground so that I can punish how I wish, without regret, should I ever be crossed.
I like to be the only person that can change my mind.
Modesty is the predisposition towards gratitude that comes from the awareness that you’re not entitled to things merely for existing and so whatever is freely given to you naturally elicits heartfelt gratitude for reducing your burden.
This is rarer to find in women than in men because our realities are starkly different (Men are hardly ever given free meals and so whatever kindness shown to a man is more likely to elicit genuine gratitude since he isn’t used to such).
There is a reason “as you should” and “bare minimum” are uniquely female-coded speaks.
They are narcissism induced phrases mirroring the general entitlement women feel with respect to male benevolence, an entitlement that does not stem from any prior correlative sacrifice so as to earn it, but merely from the fact of their existence, having received prior kindnesses from different men.
It is an arbitrary ego-inflation that increases their natural baseline expectation and prevents them showing any real gratitude because they’re merely getting what they “deserve”.
There is a reason Cicero described gratitude as “not only the greatest of virtues, but the parent of all the others.”
Genuine gratitude is what provokes the continual flow of all other streams of kindness. It is the grease that oils the machine.
It inspires in the source the moral urge to “do more”, but quite ironically, also inspires in the beneficiary the moral urge to “give back”, and in doing this, symmetry is created that enriches both the giver and the recipient and the social contract is sustained.
This is why you must not negotiate modesty. You cannot truly continually sacrifice for a person who sees your effort as their due.
I will keep saying it, that parents have a lot of work to do on their children.
A lot of intentional effort has to go into raising a child.
Once dated a lady from a family that does not know how to say thank you.
Do something for the sister, and it is a bland thank you.
Do something for the brother, bland thank you.
Do something for the said lady herself; it's a bland thank you.
Whereas, I have met a lady who said:
"Babe, please lend me money. I promised my sister I would pay for her apprenticeship, but it is coming so suddenly, and I can only spare 30k now. Lend me 20k so I can sort her."
Asked how much, she said 50k.
Sent 100k to her, sort your sister, and keep the rest since you are not boxed up.
I wasn't expecting her to tell the sister, since she's in her big sis mode.
But to my surprise...
After sending epistle, she went ahead to tell the said sister I paid for it, and told the brother and the entire family texted me for the first time, to say thank you.
And was feeling almost embarrassed by "thank you."
If I do anything for my own siblings they will say thank you, pray for me, do same the following day, and they will even tell our parents.
And my parents will still call me to say thank you, and pray for me.
Most times, I wonder why.
But I have come to realize that it was how we were raised.
And checking through too...
The act of appreciating others very well for what they have done for us is a measure of how they have been raised.
