We just got confirmation, from an insider, that regulators are executing a plan to kill crypto.
Barney Frank told Bloomberg Radio today that:
1. Signature Bank was shuttered because the regulators "wanted to send a message to get people away from crypto."
2. "We [Signature Bank] were singled out to be the poster child for that message."
Whatever you think of his politics, Barney was always candid.
He just said out loud what the administrative state has been trying to keep quiet.

Conclusion: As the market recovers from a bear market, the current level of active addrs provides an accurate representation of "real users" for each chain. With 100's of 1000's of daily users, ETH, BNB and Solana have established strong franchises. Avalanche has yet to do so.
