For the last 5 years, I have headed to DC as part of a delegation meeting with members of Congress and policymakers on both sides of the aisle. As someone who doesn’t live and breathe crypto policy, this once a year experience is a reality check. You get to see how the Hill actually works, how policy makers think about our industry, and how crypto perceptions have evolved. The early years were all about education and busting misconceptions. Now the conversations run deeper as they know the space better and some have even become advocates of crypto. Hearing the women leaders share their real-world experiences brings a fresh, grounded perspective to the otherwise lobbyist-driven agendas they encounter. This year marks our 6th annual congressional briefing, held alongside the @BlockchainAssn summit. If you are interested in joining the delegation and sharing your perspective, applications are open (link in next tweet) or DM me.
