I proportion trust to a source based on the importance of relying on it, the authority I can confirm it to have and the reasons to accept if the source is reliable. Science fulfills these requirements well. How does a deity fulfill these requirements?

There is no rational epistemological standard by which "NDEs" could be considered good evidence for an afterlife. Appealing to such shows extreme desperation to rationalize one's beliefs and is frankly, just embarrassing.

Christians and Atheists - We aren’t as different as you might think! We both think that when we die we will join your god for all eternity. Celebrate what we know is true. #controversial maybe.

Do you know any #christians that can rationally confirm their god exists? That don’t rely on cognitive-bias or logical-fallacies to reach that conclusion!

Certainty that no god has prevented the things that have happened - leads me to recognise that no god of note exists. Any god that exists is indistinguishable from no god at all in this sense. But also…

Rather than intervene and present any methods to confirm a god exists you have to accept that your god has allowed my experience to perpetuate. No god has prevented the constant stream of ill informed theists that come out with fallacious arguments and cognitive bias.

If you want me to accept a god exists, it would need to be one who doesn’t respond to sincere truth seekers. It needs to be one who allows many sincere believers to base their faith on faulty apologetics. It needs to be one who doesn’t intervene. Is that the god you represent?
I spent a third of my life sincerely convinced that I was a christian. I accepted Christ as my saviour. I proclaimed Jesus as Lord. I worshiped, I loved God, I served his church in this life. Happily. I struggled but I persevered. I was as christian as I could be. Age 22 -37.

So keep me honest. But if you're coming in without holding yourself to that same standard, this is where my biases will kick in. I'm biased towards honesty, and integrity. I doubt these will be standards you can fault.

Accepting something on faith alone is required sometimes. But on its own faith does not provide certain knowledge.
In the minds of man who need proof of everything

Take the example of hearing a threatening sound in the bush. Take it on faith the theme eat is real and you are better prepared to avoid danger. But that faith judgement doesn’t confirm there is a danger in the bush.
You can assert anything. But you can’t demonstrate this. Relying on faith alone will never confirm anything as factual, even if the claim being asserted is true.
I can say faith is a path to the source of all knowledge
1
You assert this - attributing these limitations to your god. But you accept this claim on the same basis. Through faith. That does not work to confirm any of your assertions.
I didn't make the rules. God has chosen how you should approach Him. ( through faith)
1
You have asserted that you only know this through faith. And as such your knowledge claims are invalid.
If I know God, then I know His works
1
On reflection you do not have the result. You just have faith that your attributions are accurate. And with no other reason to assume so, you have no certainty.
I have the result which is fine by me

Very similar.
I was utterly convinced that I had a relationship with Jesus. If he was a real being, a 3rd party outside my head, then he had years to show it during the time I was questioning if my faith was true. But he is like an echo in a cave. It stops when you stop talking. #ExChristian

Hey I had an idea. Let’s play a logic game. Tell me everything you can deduce, in the song “24 hours from Tulsa”, about the person that is in Tulsa. Assuming the lyrics are an accurate source. youtu.be/zugy2rkSM7g
