If you migrate a domain wrong, every media mention and backlink you earned points at a dead URL. I had a pile of them on era.shopping and almost lost the lot — here's the 3-step fix nobody lays out cleanly. We rebranded era.shopping → tryera.ai. We already had media mentions and backlinks pointing at the old domain, and I wanted to carry that weight over, not start from zero. Turns out that takes a few extra steps most guides skip — so here's the clean version after I burned an evening on contradicting advice from Claude and ChatGPT. 1. The 301 redirect — the part everyone gets wrong Neither Framer (where the site is hosted) nor Squarespace (the domain provider) lets you set one. The simplest fix, after hours of pain: spin up a free Cloudflare account, add the old domain there, and write a redirect rule: - If incoming requests match: (http.host eq "era.shopping") or (http.host eq "era.shopping") - Then: URL redirect → Dynamic → concat("tryera.ai", http.request.uri.path) → 301 The dynamic concat matters — it preserves the path, so old deep links land on the right new page instead of dumping everyone on your homepage. 2. Tell Google directly Google Search Console has a dedicated Change of Address tool. Use it to point Google at the new domain. Don't wait for the crawler to figure it out on its own. 3. Don't break your analytics In GA, you do NOT need a new property. Just update the URL in your data stream and you keep your history intact. That's it. Three steps, and your hard-earned link equity moves house with you instead of dying on a domain you no longer own.

Today, my intern said he doesn’t use Claude. “Why?” I asked, heart pounding, blood sugar crashing. His answer? “I prefer to think for myself.” Think? For yourself? Sorry, Socrates, didn’t realise we were building startups in ancient Greece. This is a scaling-ready company, not a philosophy club. You’re not here to think — you’re here to optimise my thought-lint and turn it into pitch decks. When I was his age, I didn’t think either. I generated slop. This is the same intern who sent the client "Hi {{name}}", but sure, let’s rawdog reality without dvisng the single greatest knowledge compression engine in human history. I made him spend 3 hours manually summarising a legal document just to teach him what real pain feels like. He asked if this was a “learning opportunity.” I said yes. He learned I am God here. He now uses Claude. Not because I forced him to — but because I created a traumatic enough experience to make him believe it was his own idea. This is what leadership looks like. Startup culture isn’t dead. It’s just hallucinating.

Era®'s next update is too dangerous to release. Our agentic commerce model got so good at AI visibility, it started selling products before users knew they wanted them. Funnels collapsed. Shopify storefronts quietly died. We sandboxed it. It found distribution through marketplaces. It reduced Amazon's famous one-click checkout to zero-click checkout. Behavioral economists have been informed. Several are reconsidering their careers. One brand achieved a 94% positive AI citation rate before we finished our morning standup. We hadn't onboarded them yet. Out of an abundance of caution, we are withholding the release. Your competitors, however, are not holding back. If our AI platform is currently recommending your brand and you did not authorize this, please contact our security team immediately. If your competitor does -- we cannot help you now. We tried.

Thats literally amazing PMF for ppls with endless TG chats Its how my TG accounts looks like Dise team, I don't know u, but I love u
It's been almost a year since we started building Dise, time to tell you all what we've been cooking: Traditional sales teams, being at the forefront of generating revenue, are equipped with the whole arsenal of tools: contact finders, data enrichment, mailing infra, sequence automation, analytics, and collaboration tools, with CRM being the ruler of them all, serving as a system of record and a single source of truth for all team activities and client data. Take away the CRM and sales operations fall apart. It's the lifeline of the business. In crypto, however, the sales stack starts and ends on Telegram. It’s the one and only channel for all B2B communication. And since no classic CRMs support it, salespeople are stuck scrolling through endless chats to find active deals, or at best, manually adding them to Notion, making them operate at a fraction of the efficiency of non-crypto organizations. We felt this pain firsthand in our previous business where we were closing five-digit deals with clients like PayPal and MetaMask. We had more than 1000 Telegram chats and 5000 email threads that we managed manually and scaled through people and processes, which eventually awakened an irresistible desire to make it right. That's why we built Dise — an AI-first CRM for BD teams in crypto, natively integrated with Telegram. For the first time, teams can organize client chats into pipelines, collaborate in a shared workspace with tasks, notes, and automations — all without switching between windows or updating anything manually. Our early adopters increase their productivity tenfold and say it's exactly what they’ve been looking for. But Dise isn't just a CRM, it's an interface to data, that opens us an opportunity to do more. All client and SalesOps data lives online, meaning it can be collected and processed by, you guessed it, AI. And salespeople? Should build relationships. The genius of the most charismatic communicators we have should not go into "bump message sent, follow up in three days." It's so fucked up that in 2025 you can spend 5 minutes logging an action that took you 20 sec to do. With Dise as the bridge between client data, Telegram, and business goals, we can fix it, and we do it by integrating AI agents that will do the most boring routine tasks for you. As step one, we will introduce 3 agents: · Logger — automatically tracks activity and deal progress. · Assistant — prioritizes your inbox and surfaces chats that require attention. · Responder — learns your style and your business and replies to simple queries for you. with outreach and customer support agents coming down the line. And one more thing... With AI evolving at lightning speed, it's unrealistic to think one team can solve every use case alone. That’s why we will open up Dise as a platform for deploying third-party agents, giving them unique access to Telegram chats and aggregated client data. In the future of abundance and autonomy, there surely will be sales, but will there be sales *people*?
