Gov @jidesanwoolu is being clever by half. Granted, the Military is beyond his control. But some1 declared a 24 hour curfew with less than 4-hour notice & provided the cover for the Military to invade. Some1 cut off the power around Lekki Tollgate & removed CCTV. That is on him.
