Great turn out, but poor selfie skills as @CambuslangH celebrated Scottish Running Week with a 3 x 1 mile relay to raise funds for @AthTrustScot . Great to see the juniors and seniors all taking part. @scotathletics justgiving.com/page/cambusla…

Scottish 5k champs tonight at Silverknowes. 2022 - 17.13 - second M50 2025 - 16.46 - second M50 2026 - 16.33 PB - second M50 Always the bridesmaid but totally chuffed with that one tonight. Race of my life @scotathletics #srichimnoyraces #lindsaysroad @yhrfpod @Scottish_RunPod

The SQ fanzine player of the year the same day, presented by their esteemed match reporter 🤣

Amongst worst racing conditions I have experienced yesterday but the Tom Scott race organisers @bobbhill and volunteers smashed it out the park. Hardcore and thank you. Race not 100% to plan but 1st Vet in Round the loch race, Cheers @Bobby_ThatOneMo for the pic. @scotathletics

4 x @scotathletics road relays since I returned to @CambuslangH . 4 x M50 gold, 4 x fastest M50 short leg. Still growing old disgracefully. @Scottish_RunPod @yhrfpod

My last race as an M50 at the @scotathletics masters 3000m and a last 200 in sub 30 (at my age 🙈) enough to get me on the podium in 9.43 in a tough field. The smile says it all. Always grateful to compete. @CambuslangH @yhrfpod @Tartanshorts @Scottish_RunPod

Indoor 1500m PB. National M50 silver. If you don’t smile when you’re enjoying your hobby when can you? @yhrfpod @scotathletics @Scottish_RunPod @CambuslangH @Tartanshorts

Didn't expect to even make the @CambuslangH M50 team for the SVHC LSK relays at a very windy Strathclyde Park, but delighted to be part of the team that regained our title. @yhrfpod @Scottish_RunPod @scotathletics

Might not look like it but the enjoyment back now my short cross country season out the way and indoor track training is back. Down week done, still nursing the Achilles caused by the XC, but loved that this morning. @CambuslangH #ruunathlete @yhrfpod @Tartanshorts

Three in a row for @CambuslangH M50 team at the #Lindsaysxc Scottish cross country relay champs. Lucky to have awesome team mates. That one was for our pal Colin Feechan. @scotathletics

Superb. And a couple of masters medals too.
