Democrats, if you're smart you will:
1) Get this woman elected.
2) Make her a Presidential contender within a decade.
This woman is smart, tough, all while being dignified. Don't let this talent slip through the cracks.
Annie Andrews on Trump's recent comments regarding her: "If calling me names will lower our gas prices and our grocery prices and keep our rural hospitals open, he can call me all the names that he wants. But that's not going to get the job done. And comments about taking my medical license away from the man who doesn't know how to pronounce 'acetaminophen.' I'm not going to take that seriously."

From conservative legal scholar @jacklgoldsmith, who ran the DOJ's Office of Legal Counsel in the George W. Bush Administration:
"I feel a bit silly making technical legal points when this matter..is so obviously a sham. It’s hard to fathom what the Attorney General tells himself as he grossly abuses the power of the Department of Justice at the behest of his Article II master."

BREAKING: A federal grand jury has REFUSED to indict Cassidy Hutchinson over her January 6 testimony!
To understand just how extraordinary this is:
In 2010, federal grand juries declined to indict in just 11 out of approximately 162,000 cases.
That’s roughly 1 rejection in every 14,700 cases, or just 0.0068%.
Federal grand juries almost NEVER refuse to indict.
And yet, a grand jury just rejected the case brought by Trump‘s DOJ against Cassidy Hutchinson.
This is all the evidence you need to show that Trump‘s DOJ is Weaponized.

Cassidy Hutchinson showed tremendous courage when she testified about January 6. Trump has spent years trying to punish her for telling the truth.
I’m thrilled to see a grand jury refuse to go along with his vindictive revenge campaign.
BREAKING WaPo:
A federal grand jury just REJECTED an attempt by the Trump Justice Department to indict former White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson.

I absolutely love this!!!! Let’s go @AnnieAndrewsMD
This is what putting South Carolina first looks like.
I’m honored to have the support of two former governors — Republican David Beasley and Democrat Jim Hodges.
We may not agree on everything, but we share a belief that matters most: South Carolina deserves leaders who will always put its people first.

Wow. An ad for @AnnieAndrewsMD with two former governors - one Republican and one Democrat - endorsing her over Darlene Graham. Impactful.
This race is real. Just follow the money. It is now a rescue mission by the GOP and Thune. The Libertarian and Constitutional Party candidates are stealing GOP votes. @SCDemocrats

She is a survivor, she was raped and impregnated at 19 by a music producer and is now an advocate. This is how leaders act! They don’t call 12 year old victims liars!

🚨NEW: Polling still shows us ahead of Anna Paulina Luna!🚨
Tampa Bay voters are fed up with Luna’s extremism and corruption, and this race is going to come down to every single vote.
Make sure you have a plan to vote, because every ballot matters and your voice is critical. Check for polling places near you, how to request to vote by mail, and find an early vote location at vote.org/florida!

Highlights from yesterday’s book workshop at Worcester College, Oxford, for Professor Stephanie Barclay’s forthcoming book, Constitutional Rights in a Democracy.
Over the course of a full day, distinguished judges, professors, and other scholars from across the United Kingdom, Canada, Spain, and the United States engaged with the manuscript chapter by chapter. They explored principles of democracy and good governance, the nature of constitutional adjudication, constitutional design, and the understanding of constitutional rights as protected reasons.
Thanks to those who joined us for a rigorous exchange of ideas and incredibly valuable feedback.

And, per one of his close friends, the Judge I clerked for, Edward Weinfeld, his friends called him "B."
More evidence that as @jamalgreene has written, rights have gone wrong. Liberals used to think rights were inherently virtuous, but every virtue when taken to extremes becomes a vice.

Developed a new assignment for my constitutional law class this term to help students better understand the development of doctrine and relationship among cases. Shared here in the event others want to borrow/adapt.

A second year college student asked @ellisaslotkin and the panel:
"Who's going to tell her. Someone has to tell Kamala Harris not to run."
Wow. Just wow.

You can not fix something if you are not listening.
In FL-13, our neighbors are tired of politicians like @VoteAPL who are absent and self-interested.
In Congress, we are going to end corruption and cut costs — because that’s what our neighbors need.
