ICE racially profiled a nonverbal high school kid and brutalized him when he didn't follow their illegal orders. ICE claimed he "matched the description" of a "criminal illegal alien target." It's racial profiling, and it was inevitable that it would lead to this.
An American student with a disability is suffering from a broken wrist and a black eye after ICE wrongfully tackled and detained him in Santa Maria.
Americans didn’t ask to be brutalized by ICE.
They sure as hell shouldn’t be paying for its actions with broken limbs.
ICE needs to be held accountable for these grotesque tactics.

This US attorney is way outside his lane. The Constitution gives states the power to control elections. If he has evidence that a state is violating federal law, he can challenge it in court. Ethics laws forbid this kind of extra-judicial smear about a party in pending litigation.

Stop playing games. Work with us to quickly verify the names we provided and prevent noncitizens from diluting the votes of American citizens.

UPDATE—The father that ICE is brutally beating up is a confirmed U.S. citizen.
ICE violently drag U.S. citizen out of car—in front of his pregnant wife & daughter.
Nearly break backseat glass window all over 1 year old girl.
"He’s from here," wife tells them.
"Our little girl is here—and I'm pregnant."
All while wife is trying to show agents their IDs.
Agents open the door and yank the husband and father out of drivers seat.
Then 3 agents pin him to the ground and jump on his back.
Agents blame the family they just victimized for being "difficult."
