This is ironic because the submission discussion comes from men who are insecure about not being competent or reliable enough for a woman to naturally defer to without coercion
When it comes to women making a career mainly based off their looks, this appears to be a feature and not a bug
Strong disagree. This screenshot is an important barometer of slop. If a literate person comments this under your post, you are not considering the reader enough.
Where do you go next after reporting from the Strait of Hormuz? For the past three months, Citrini Research, an independent research firm, has been working with our team and an internal research model to see if they could use AI to create a new drug. What follows is an entertaining, candid, and humbling account of a group of motivated nonexperts (or “filthy casuals”, as Citrini would say) trying to tackle a real problem in human health with Claude.
We landed on scorpion neurotoxins, which kill over 3,000 people a year. Of the 211 designs we produced and tested, 17 met our criteria for a binder. None of the designs bound more than one toxin and none have been tested for neutralizing a toxin.
One of my favorite quotes from the piece is: “Our virtual biologist may have compressed a year's worth of work into a couple days, but biology works at the speed of life…Over two days, we watched Claude work through problems at a speed that was difficult to comprehend. For the next two months, we spent much of the time becoming familiar with laboratory turnaround times (This mostly involved sending memes in Slack).”

Horrified to learn documentary films do not provide unfiltered access to objective truth. Have any documentary makers wrestled with this question
I'm realizing a lot of people still seem to believe "Extroverts recharge by being around people, introverts recharge by being alone!"
....there's zero evidence for this, in fact, the evidence pretty heavily debunks this framing!
1) Socializing lifts mood for basically everyone
Experience-sampling studies (Fleeson, Malanos and Achille, 2002) find that people felt better in moments when they were acting extroverted, including introverts
2) Lucas and colleagues (2008) found introverts AND extroverts both reported more happiness in social situations
AKA extroverts’ higher baseline happiness wasn’t explained by their spending more time around people
3) Introverts mispredict how they’ll feel
Zelenski, Santoro and Whelan (2012) found introverts expected acting extraverted to feel worse than it actually did.
4) Social fatigue is universal!
Leikas and Ilmarinen (2017) found extraverted behavior produced an immediate mood boost and then more fatigue about three hours later, regardless of a person’s trait level
Getting tired after a party is normal for everyone, it doesn’t mean you're an introvert
Bottom line is, most people feel better after interacting with people AND most people need some downtime afterwards
Introverts and extroverts mostly just differ in the amount of socialization they each seek and prefer - but this doesn't predict whether they'll enjoy it or whether it will benefit them

Gen Z will never succeed in making us Millennials feel shame. To be cringe is to be free.

everyone who wakes up earlier than me is a psychopath. everyone who wakes up later than me is a lazy bum
I realize this is satire but emotional regulation is when you feel things but don’t act on them because the second order effects of those actions would actually put everyone involved in a worse spot emotionally
