Per @spotrac the Hornets have two rostered players currently playing on expiring deals; Grant Williams and Moussa Diabaté. You have to re-sign Moussa, right? What's the highest AAV you're comfortable signing him to? And for how long? Re-sign Grant or trade him? 🤔

A lot is falling on Brandon Miller with Kon Knueppel and Coby White out, so he hasn't been overly efficient, but he's been really good. He's up to the moment of carrying the team.

Worth saying every time: Rick treated new people to his beat so well. He didn’t have to, but he did. Loved hearing the many stories he had filed away in his memory bank. He’s still missed.

❤️ Rick Bonnell, who passed away in 2021, was a dedicated journalist, a mentor to many and a great friend. Rick and Sekou Smith, who is honored in a similar fashion in Atlanta, had so much in common, because they shared all of those wonderful traits. They are sorely missed.

Officially 258. The 12th time the Panthers have allowed 200+ rushing yards under Ejiro Evero.

Much better basketball from Charlotte during the 1st quarter: - Generating corner 3's and good looks - Touching the paint - Hornets executing their actions much better - Brandon was much more decisive at the EOQ on that middy and nailed it. Much better.

The #PinoftheDay should make everything better. Thought about the 2016 Hornets/Heat playoff banner pin, but not after last night. We’re claiming Zo this evening.

The NBA record for steals in a game is 11 (cc: @WalkerMehl). Dyson Daniels has 7 with 8:37 left in the third quarter.
