A hill I'll die on:
It's worth buying an expensive mattress so you can die in a bed than on a hill.

I have thousands of Kindle highlights I've never looked at. Maybe tens of thousands. I have too much going on in my first brain that I forget to log into my second brain.

My billion dollar idea is to create the nicotine patch for smartphones/social media addiction.
funny thing is your predictoins can be completely wrong but as long as you say them with conviction people will go along with it because people don't know how to think for themselves
One of the most persuasive forms of content:
Predictions.
A lot of people are scared to make bets publicly. But people have always paid attention to people who have an idea about future direction.
It helps to remember the risk isn’t real.
If you are wrong, great—you can explain why. If you are right, great—people think you are the best to listen to in your niche.
Predictions require two things:
1. That you have the finger on the pulse of your market
2. That you understand second and third order consequences (cause and effect)
For example, a hot topic right now is AI (of course).
Now an obvious prediction is that AI is going to make us all more powerful. But that is so boring (being unique means saying something that someone hasn’t heard before).
When we think about second order consequences, the most interesting predictions come from flipping the script. A positive creates a negative etc.
One example is that as the world becomes more artificial, people crave more connection with real people.
And so a good bet is to build your message, and offers, around community.
Answer this question:
Where do you think your niche is heading?
Then, don’t just talk about it. Take action and show people the way.

"We don't celebrate our winners we try to tear them down."
I recently watched the documentary BROKEN COUNTRY & it was eye-opening & a chilling warning for the West.
I have many friends in Canada & have visited several times.
I love Canada, but something has to change or it'll be completely unrecognizable soon.
Watch this film BROKEN COUNTRY.
It's not some propaganda piece.
It simply states facts.
Make up your own mind.
I'm praying & rooting that Canada doesn't just become a cautionary tale to the rest of the West.

I'm at a point in my life where spending more than 30 minutes a day on social media feels like smoking a packet of cigarettes. It's a dirty habit that only makes me feel like sh!t.
Not a fan of reading books on Kindle.
Books were meant to be read in paper-form. Nothing beats the joy of running your fingers across real paper and turning the pages as you get lost in a book.
Every thing worth having in life is much harder and takes way longer than you think.
But it still beats the regret of not trying in the first place.
