If I'm the ACC, I'm furious tonight.
Not just because of where Wake is -- but because if Miami loses to Notre Dame, the committee sure seems to have set the table for taking only the ACC champion to the playoff.

Sadly, we've lost another member of the undefeated 1972 Dolphins. Bob Heinz, who started 8 games that season, died Saturday in Fresno, Cal. He was 79. Heinz played in 109 games (55 starts) over 8 seasons for the Dolphins. RIP.

The '72 Dolphins, for yet another year, will remain the only team to go through an NFL season undefeated. Vikings fall today.

“Refs cheated for Miami by calling two penalties that we all agree were real penalties” is objectively hilarious. Being #1 rules.

365 days ago, Miami lost on the road to SMU.
They’ve lost one game since—the national championship against Indiana.
Over the last year, the Hurricanes are 15-1.
Winning is hard, especially in today’s game.
Survive and advance.
These are the types of games many others have lost.
The Canes have become the standard of modern college football.

2 UNC players were offsides. You want them to ignore the rules just to give you the spicy upset you wanted?

Miami gets shit for winning on the road where they hadn’t won in a decade, yet Georgia gets a pass for losing to a trash bag poverty Auburn at home as a 20 point favorite, an Auburn team who since has been outscored 83-32. Yeah ok.

Wake Forrest is 7-1.
And just dominated Virginia 51-7.
Beat Stanford 57-3
Beat Cal 41-7

"I can't hit slow pitching."
If big league hitters couldn't hit slow pitching, every team would just put a position player on the mound and lob it in.
They don't. Because good hitters adjust.
Good hitters hit fast pitching, slow pitching, good pitchers and bad ones.
Drop the excuse.

Interesting observation. The Brewers (almost without exception), seemed to stay within the team colors for all their added gear.
There’s a reason it’s called a UNIFORM. In baseball, your cleats, batting gloves, sliding mitts, elbow guards, and sleeves should reflect your TEAM colors, not draw attention to yourself.
The name on the front matters more than the name on the back.
Look like a team. Play like a team. Win as a team.
WE over ME.
