The number one thing the Republican Party needs to do immediately is clean house.
Make this industry a meritocracy. Bring back integrity. Grit. Good old-fashioned hard work.
Stop propping up and validating the brainless pretty faces who haven’t actually done the work. Stop calling them strategists and operatives.
They aren’t.
Let’s give the right people a seat at the table.
Working in politics for the past almost decade, I’ve met some truly brilliant and hardworking people and it’s beyond abhorrent that most of them have left the industry or been thrown out precisely because they refused to take shortcuts and sacrifice their values and integrity for fame or access.
This is a good opportunity for a reset.
No more grifters, groypers, and brainless Barbies.
