This was the next increment of our board.

We had a 4 swimlane kanban board, dealing with expedited requests, support, roadmap strategic work and adhoc (BUA work). We had 1 person covering support on a one-week rotation, 3 focused on strategic work, and 2 on BAU. Everybody was ready to pick up an expedite when needed.
