BREAKING NIUS: Inzwischen haben mehrere CDU-Abgeordnete die NIUS-Recherche gegenüber dpa bestätigt: Sven Schulze wollte seine Fraktion drängen, eine Eidesstattliche Versicherung zu ihrem Abstimmungsverhalten bei AfD-Kandidaten zu unterzeichnen. Nun stellt sich die Frage, ob Schulze bei der NIUS-Anfrage von Ralf Schuler gelogen hat. Aus Transparenzgründen dokumentieren wir die offizielle Anfrage im Wortlaut.
Schuler: "Lieber Herr Schulze,
stimmt es, dass Sie in der Fraktionssitzung am 13. Oktober den Abgeordneten eine eidesstattliche Versicherung zur Unterschrift vorgelegt haben, in der sie bestätigen sollten, Rausch nicht gewählt zu haben? Besten Gruß aus Berlin"
Schulze: "Nein. Das stimmt nicht. Wer sagt das?"
Schuler: "Teilnehmer der Sitzung."
Schulze: "Tolle Quellen haben sie da. Wirklich."
Der Dialog zwischen Schuler und Schulze geht noch weiter. Da er aber zunehmend den Charakter eines Gesprächs entwickelt, werden wir ihn nicht veröffentlichen. Relevant ist hier nur die Anfrage und das Dementi von Schulze, das sich nun wohl nicht mehr halten lässt.

🇮🇳 India is about to become one of the world’s diesel pumps.
State refiners will add at least 15m tonnes a year of diesel capacity, mostly from 2027, Oil Minister Hardeep Singh Puri said.
That’s about 300k b/d, my math.
Who’s adding it?
-Indian Oil, up to 9m tonnes from 2027
-Hindustan Petroleum, about 4m from its new Rajasthan refinery
-Numaligarh, up to about 3m
-Bharat Petroleum, 1.5m from 2028
India already makes more diesel than it burns.
In the first half of the fiscal year it produced 59m tonnes and used about 46m.
It overtook Russia this year as the world’s No. 2 diesel exporter, Kpler data shows.
Europe is moving the other way.
It’s losing at least 250k b/d of refining capacity a year.
Diesel is $6.28 a gallon in the US, a record gap over gasoline.
Relief arrives in 2027, and it comes from India, not Europe.

Meanwhile German industry keeps paying the sanctions bill.

And one of the tankers is SANCTIONED by America's European allies.
3 vessels carrying ~140,000 tonnes of Russian diesel are scheduled to reach U.S. ports next week, after Washington temporarily exempted the fuel from sanctions.
The first tanker is expected in New York on Nov 7, followed by two more, including the Leruo, which is blacklisted by the EU, UK and Canada.
The shipments come as U.S. diesel averages $6.34 a gallon, up from $3.66 a year ago, with the Trump admin looking for ways to bring energy costs down.
A bipartisan group of senators is already warning U.S. companies that participating could create serious legal risks.
