Supercell in Ottawa. It looks like a spaceship out there. You can see it all the way out west, from Emporia to Manhattan. It’s got that iconic rotating updraft and that saucer-like shape.

Three years ago was the most insane tornado evolution I have ever seen. A cone tornado chews up unplanted farmland, taking on a dirty barrel shape before the collar cloud sinks into a mile-wide tornado. These four clips happened over about 10 minutes. 3.31.2023 - Hedrick, IA

At 11.40pm last night, a monster positive lightning bolt lit up the sky just East of Norman, Oklahoma. And I was in Texas with my camera pointed above that storm, and captured the giant red sprite it produced.
