Because his dad never gave him enough, because he was a nepo baby, he craved attention and used the bullying tactics to get it. But the man is an idiot. Just a fool”

Trump: "In Alaska, I don’t think Mary Peltola, after perpetrating such a terrible scheme, should be allowed to run, because this is ELECTION FRAUD. The Democrats cheated! They found a man named Dan Sullivan, put him on the Ballot, then lied to the Court, and said they didn’t know anything about it. That’s perjury. She shouldn’t be allowed to run, and neither should the FAKE Dan Sullivan! President DONALD J. TRUMP?

UPDATE: Police said 14 people were arrested after about 30 people blocked vehicular and pedestrian traffic on the bridge. Charges against them are pending.
⚠️ Protesters shut down outbound traffic on the Brooklyn Bridge on Wednesday afternoon before police cleared them.
The protesters started blocking traffic around 12:30 p.m. The NYPD responded and reopened the lanes by 1:15 p.m.
The demonstrators were protesting immigration enforcement and the ICE-involved shooting of a man in the Bronx on Oct. 8. The man, Oscar Belgal, was wounded, and his lawyers have called his detention “unlawful from its inception.”

I now have two sources close to Susie Wiles who claim that Trump is preparing a vast misinformation campaign for November 4th, built around conspiracy theories alleging widespread election fraud.
The plan? Declare victory regardless of the results, accuse Democratic officials of manufacturing ballots overnight, claim voting machines were secretly manipulated, and demand that Republican candidates refuse to concede.
In this scenario, the goal isn’t to prove fraud. It’s to convince millions of Americans that any election Republicans lose must have been stolen.

Today we tabled legislation that would ensure hiring and promotion decisions in the public sector are based on merit, not DEI policies. Mandatory workplace training will be relevant to the roles and responsibilities of the employee, instead of mandatory DEI sessions.

There is never a day on the calendar when a Canadian does not make me fiercely proud of the country I am privileged to represent. The founder of Raincoast Dog Rescue Society, Jesse Adams is one of those Canadians. RIP
Jesse Adams came from Canada to rescue animals near the front line in Ukraine. On 25 October, a Russian FPV drone hit his car in Kramatorsk just after the animals had been loaded inside.
The drone struck the windshield. Doctors at a local hospital operated and tried to resuscitate him but could not save him, his team at Animal Rescue Kharkiv says.
Jesse founded RainCoast Dog Rescue Society in Canada in 2014 and joined Animal Rescue Kharkiv in May. A few days before he was killed, he wrote that volunteers had rescued 80 dogs and cats in Kramatorsk in one day:
"These poor animals do not understand war and are simply innocent victims of another country invading Ukraine… It breaks my heart that we even have to do this type of work, but it is my privilege and honour to be a small part of helping these animals reach a better life."
