I natt angrep Russland Kyivs historiske sentrum med et ballistisk Iskander-missil med et K5-klasehode. Dette stridshodet eksploderer over bakken og brukes spesielt for maksimal skade på mennesker og utstyr på et område på 400 ganger 400 meter. 58 stridselementer eksploderer i luften.
Dette angrepet ble ikke utført med et militært formål. Målet var å ødelegge en del av gamlebyen og skade så mange mennesker som mulig. Vi har mange sårede sivile og ødeleggelser.
