YouTube sent another AI rejection
This time there is no excuses, no explanation, nothing...
Just the most generic automated AI response ever.
They took less than 3 hrs to respond.
This is getting so frustrating, I don't know what else I can do.
@TeamYouTube Please, reinstate my channel. I only have 3 videos.
None of them violate any YouTube policy.
None of them have any blood or violence.
None of them contain any sexual themes.
None of them include any kid-related characters.
And all of them have disclaimers that they are not made for kids.
How long does this have to go on for?
I cant afford to not make any money.
I have bills to pay...
People to look out for...
My livelihood has been stripped from me, and the more this goes on, the more damage it does

So I managed to get an appeal for my channel through talking to support.
I hope @TeamYouTube can do the right thing and give me a proper manual review.
I have made significant changes to the channel.
There are only three videos there. None of which contain "violent or sexual themes". And on top of that, the characters in the videos are not kid friendly, so they are not aimed at children.
I put disclaimers in all my videos and in my channel description. I adjusted my tags and video titles.
NOTHING about my channel is "misleading family content"
Please @TeamYouTube do the right thing, and reinstate my monetization!

That's just sad. YouTube absolutely can get real people to review the channel if you do manage to reach out, but it seems near impossible at this point, with these false flagging they're going to lose all creators simply because we might switch to a better platform

You have forced my hand to delete 7 Years of hard work. And I did so because I thought I would definetely get my monetization back. This way my other channels would stop being demonetized due to "related channel"
But NO.
3 of my channels are demonetized stil for no valid reason.
I am losing out on more than $10,000 a month from this unfair demonetization.
YOU DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME THE OPTION TO APPEAL YOUR DENIAL.
I am tired for fighting for my monetization. I have been doing it for almost 9 months in the last year.
You already re-monetized me last time.
Restore my monetization again, because if I dont get my monetization soon, I will be suing YouTube for breach of contract, as my demonetization is extremely unfair and I have lost SIGNIFICANT portion of my income in this past year.

Hi @TeamYouTube @YouTubeCreators , I’ve repeatedly tried to get my channel, Siru Anime World, reviewed, but I keep receiving copy-paste responses. My channel was rejected from YPP AGAIN for “Misleading Family Content,” but this appears to be a mistake or misunderstanding. There is no such content on my channel, and I have never created or uploaded this type of content. I have only 3 videos left, all original content featuring my own voice-over. After waiting 90 days and making changes, I’m still facing the same issue. Please escalate this case for a proper human review, help resolve this unfair rejection. I deserve a fair review, not another automated decision. 🙏

When I asked for a re-review of my channel via email, I had already deleted almost everything. There was only one "Teacher's Day" video left, yet monetization was still rejected.
It’s obvious the channel wasn't actually checked again—they just repeated the same result from my previous re-application.
No worries, though; I figured YouTube wouldn't give me another chance so easily. I even posted about it on X and sent an email with a screenshot showing that only one video remained in my studio.
I’ve now restored all those videos to my channel because I have a 90-day window and don't want to ruin my channel's reach. I originally thought a single clean video would be enough to get monetized, which is why I didn't hesitate to delete everything else. Now I have plenty of time to improve my content and set things right.
Thank you so much for all the help you have provided to small creators like us—creators who rely entirely on YouTube.

They're directly VIOLATING the EU Digital Services Act’s Article 17
This states that YouTube as a VLOP is required to give affected users a CLEAR and SPECIFIC statement of reasons for restrictions such as the suspension, termination or other restriction of monetary payments

The day after I got demonetized, my channel had a massive spike in views.
870k Views in one day is a really good accomplishment for me. It would equate to around 300 to 500 Dollars for my channel in one day.
In total, the last 3 months I missed out on anywhere from 4,000 to 8,000 dollars, according to my estimates based on my previous months.
In the last 3 months of being demonetized, my channel had the most views it has EVER had.
12.3 MILLION VIEWS
Long form content too.
And since I was demonetized, I only earned less than 90 dollars.
But YouTube is stil running ads on my videos though.
If they truly believe my content is not suitable for advertisers, why are they stil running ads?
Its because my content did not actually violate any policy.

But my channel was rejected again for “Misleading Family Content,” even though there is no such content on my channel. I put a lot of hard work into creating these videos and always try to follow YPP policies. I genuinely believe this is a mistake.
