For those wondering, yes. I will be doing my yearly UDFA tracker. We've got another 3 or so hours to go, but here's the link. #Bears

From the quotes in this piece, to me, it doesn't sound like Josh Jacobs has learned anything.
He didn't say he was sorry for his actions, only that he did this to the team.
He thinks six games was too many.
He says "this is probably one of the best things that has ever happened to me." I bet she disagrees.
This isn't a Bears-Packers thing, this is an awful story about a man that did an awful thing and is going to be welcomed back with open arms.
Gross.
Josh Jacobs, with his voice shaky at times, spoke for the first time since May.
On what he had to say about his arrest, his punishment, the lessons learned, his reputation and his return to football: espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/5024…
It was one good half of football last Sunday.
Maybe we can save the rants until we see him string together more than 2-3 good games (like he’s already done)?
Irrational QB talk remains one of the most annoying aspects of football.
One thing that's laughable: Once Vikings gave up on JJ McCarthy, the narrative was if Kevin O'Connell didn't want him, he was never going to be any good. When did KOC become Bill Walsh? He got credit for Sam Darnold, but it was the year with Kyle Shanahan in SF behind Brock Purdy that turned around Sam's career. Shouldn't KOC at least win his first playoff game before he's considered some QB genius? Maybe he turns out to be right about McCarthy, but let's see how he does with @Giants. KOC is 5-0 in Minnesota this season because of Brian Flores's defense, not because of Kyler Murray and journeyman Carson Wentz. Remember, Giants OC Matt Nagy won 11 games with Mitchell Trubisky when he was Bears HC.

A lot of mutual respect, not only between the 2 HCs but also the two QBs.
Should be a fun matchup tomorrow, although, I wish it wasn’t on a short week.
#Patriots QB Drake Maye on Bears QB Caleb Williams:
“Him in the pocket, I don’t know if I could do some of the things he could do. He’s special in the way he can move and kinda escape and evade pressure. [Him] throwing on the run is pretty cool to watch. I don’t know if I’m that shifty in the pocket. He can do some cool things. He’s got crazy arm talent and it’s fun to watch. I don’t know if I’m that flexible to try some of those things, but I think the way he plays the game is cool. I know he’s doing a great job and I know i’m Chicago he’s got the city on the watch.”

#Titans HC Robert Saleh says Jordan Elliott having a gun was, in a way, a “small sign of a cry for help,” considering he had no prior issues and is a father and a hard worker.
Saleh referenced two suicides in the NFL over the past year and expressed concern about players struggling without getting the help they need.
“These kids go through a lot. I will stand on the table for Jordan’s character. My message to 31 other teams: If you need a hell of a run-stopping DT that can help for a playoff run, give me a call. I'll tell you everything you need to know about him. He’s a good man. Had a terrible lapse in judgment.”
Ex-#Titans DT Jordan Elliott went to his car to retrieve his gun after a practice altercation with OT JC Latham last Thursday (Oct. 15).
After being told to leave the field, Elliott took off his pads and stormed out of the facility, then went to the players' lot. Security cameras captured the sequence. Veteran DL John Franklin-Myers talked him down, and no one was hurt.
The Titans released Elliott on Tuesday after reviewing the incident. He signed a 2-year, $8M deal this offseason.
News of the incident was first reported by @eastonfreeze and additional details provided by @AaronWilson_NFL.

Caleb Williams was named the NFC’s offensive player of the week for his performance against Atlanta in his return from a 3-game absence due to a hamstring injury. Williams went 30-for-36 for 305 yards and a TD.
Woah…

So this is interesting. The injury report @BearsPR tweeted has Kyle Monangai as a DNP. But the Bears' app and website list him as LP.
Which one is correct?
Credit to @tekster420 for pointing it out.

#Commanders WR Terry McLaurin has suffered a torn patellar tendon and is done for the season, the MRI revealed. A brutal injury and a long road back.
Doesn’t really matter how they view things, the team is bad.
Whether they fire Quinn tomorrow on in January, the end result will be the same. Team is toast.
