May this 6 year old girl and the other murdered Palestinians, Rest in Peace
NOT "self-defence", is it?
The GENOCIDE in Gaza goes on and on and on
NOW - profoundly shamefully - supported and enabled by @andyburnham and @Ed_Miliband
🇵🇸💢 Israeli forces killed four Palestinians in Gaza on Tuesday, including a 6-year-old girl, according to Palestinian news site Felesteen.
Those killed include:
➤ Tahani Mohammed Saeed Shalalfa, a girl, 6, who died of a gunshot wound from Israeli fire in al-Mawasi, the coastal tent area west of Khan Younis in southern Gaza, according to medical sources.
➤ Ahmed Yassin Bseiso, a young man, who died of wounds from an Israeli strike on al-Thawra Street in central Gaza City days earlier, according to local sources.
➤ A young man, not yet named in reports, shot dead by Israeli forces in Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza.
➤ An unnamed person whose body medics recovered after an Israeli strike on al-Mawasi in Rafah, Gaza's southernmost city.
▪️Israeli forces also wounded several Palestinians, according to Felesteen. A man was shot in the head in Qizan Rashwan, south of Khan Younis. Israeli gunboats fired heavily on the Gaza City coastline, wounding others, and more were wounded east of Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza.
▪️Israeli forces also opened heavy fire on tents of displaced families west of Rafah. They shelled the Nuseirat and Bureij camps and struck the Mawasi area of Rafah with a drone. All of this came despite the ceasefire in effect since Oct. 10, 2025.

Yes Mr Blair:
Palestinians in Gaza and elsewhere need an end to genocide, Israel's militarised colonisation and apartheid.
They need respect for Intl Law and justice.
They also need no more advice from those who have profited from their misery for too long.
Be kind. Step aside

Occupied Palestine is the only place in the world where the only reason the police show up to crime scenes is to arrest victims.
Raw footage from @infinite_jaz perspective:
Settler-terrorist Tomer Liani and his accomplice knock Andrey to the ground while another settler-terrorist, Shimon Atiya, blocks Jasper from helping him.
When Jasper screams, “Call the police,” a smirking settler tells him, “Police comes here, don’t be scared.” He already knows the police will arrest the victims of the attack—because Israel works for settler-terrorists.

🔴 Eyad Amawi of the Gaza Relief Committee reports that large numbers of warplanes have been flying overhead in Gaza for more than three hours.
“Many, many, many warplanes over our heads,” Amawi said in a voice message, expressing fears that they may be preparing to strike multiple locations in Gaza.
At least four Palestinians were killed and more than 20 wounded in Israeli airstrikes, shelling and gunfire across Gaza on Wednesday, October 28, according to Palestine Online.

“Why is the 🇺🇸 government stopping fuel shipments to Cuba?”
Trump’s UN ambassador @michaelgwaltz claims they’re stopping fuel from getting to Cuba because they’re looking out for the people🤔, then crashes out when @BTnewsroom pushes back

Bolsonaro literally fled on a narco-traffickers plane 🥲 Between the pardon for Juan Orlando Hernandez in Honduras, refuge for Flávio from Brazil, and the close alliance with Ecuador’s Noboa, the Trump admin is proving itself to be the true ally of narco-terror in the region.

For the 34th time, the UN has overwhelmingly voted to end the U.S. blockade of Cuba. Despite intense U.S. pressure, 130 countries stood against a policy that continues to devastate the Cuban people. Now, with the threat of U.S. military intervention, the stakes are even higher.

On Monday, First Nations Chiefs were in Ottawa at the First Ministers' Meeting. A main topic of concern: Bill C-39, which First Nations from across the country have called to be withdrawn, including @BCAFN, @UBCIC, @CT6FN_, @OLcreenation, @NANComms, @ChiefsofOntario, @apnql, and @SixNationsGR, representing hundreds of thousands of First Nations.
Chiefs have been clear that the success of this meeting will be judged by the Liberal government's actions.
The Resource Minister says that he respects Indigenous rights, so will he withdraw C-39 now?

Last week I was in Cuba. We bore witness to the impacts of the over six decades long U.S. blockade and siege on the people of Cuba. We brought donated medical supplies, medications, and other essential items but this is not a sustainable solution.
The people of Cuba are struggling immensely. There is a dire lack of energy and fuel, leading to blackouts and water shortages. Food costs are high, people can’t afford to feed their families. Medication is unavailable or on extremely short supply.
This blockade maintained by the U.S. must end. Today there was a United Nations resolution on condemning the economic embargo imposed on Cuba. Canada must do more to support the people of Cuba as they continue to suffer the consequences of Western imperialism and interference with their sovereignty, independence, and self-determination. Let Cuba live! 🇨🇺

The latest aerial footage reveals the scale of Israel’s genocide in Gaza—devastation beyond words. We are entering the fourth year, and Israel still bars international journalists from entering the Strip.
Be a voice for Gaza, for its victims, its innocent civilians, and those whose stories remain untold. Do not stay silent!

Congratulations to the Canadian Labour Congress (@CanadianLabour) for passing a resolution that calls on workers to refuse to handle weapons and military equipment destined for Israel. The Liberals had a chance today to protect the right to strike. Instead, they voted against it. Now they’re pushing ahead with Bill C-39, which would give ministers even greater powers to shut down legal strikes.
Shame.
Grateful to @LeahGazan for having workers’ backs.

We have written to the CBC requesting a change to the misleading title of their article "Why a spate of gun-for-hire shootings in Toronto were likely paid for by Iran."
What the investigation in the article confirms is that the shootings are linked by a multi-layered gun-for-hire network.
What is not established through the facts in the article is any concrete link to Iran. Instead, this appears to be entirely in reference to intelligence reports from Canada (CSIS), the FBI, and the UK, which have raised concerns regarding alleged Iranian-linked plots against Jewish-Canadians. These reports themselves originate from an American federal court complaint which alleges that two attacks in Canada were ordered by an Iraqi national named Mohammad Baqer Saad Dawood al-Saadi with potential links to Iran, who had been arrested in Turkey and extradited to the United States. The complaint cites multiple conversations between al-Saadi and an undercover FBI agent. These are allegations based on undercover FBI operations, not criminal findings.
Given the fact that the courts have not decided on a verdict, there is still no conclusive evidence connecting Iran to the shootings in Canada.
Unfortunately, the article does not discuss the unconfirmed status of these allegations, but appears to treat them as sufficient evidence to support the article’s thesis, as reflected in the article’s title.
Reporting this as “likely” based on the evidence to date unfortunately adds fuel to rising Islamophobia in Canada, whose proponents use these anti-Iran conspiracies to normalize and justify anti-Muslim hate.
Today CBC published an article with the headline: “Why a spate of gun-for-hire shootings in Toronto were likely paid for by Iran.”
I was intrigued, as there has been almost 0 evidence offered for this claim thus far.
Unfortunately this article doesn’t offer any either, adding nothing new. CBC says they spent weeks on the investigation, so these are pretty pitiful results, at least in terms of finding evidence of who paid for the shootings.
I’m not sure why they feel comfortable with such a declarative headline given the lack of evidence (other than journalistic standards going out the window when the subject is an Official Enemy country).
Also, CBC and other journalists continue platforming police claims that they need backdoor access to messaging apps to solve these shootings, with no push back or critique about how these powers can be abused, including against journalists.

Ehab Jameel Lutfi Abu Taqiya, known as Omair, was a critical part of The Sameer Project from the start. He was a close friend of Mosab Ali, and now they are reunited.
Omair is now a martyr, he was killed this morning by the military occupation. He was killed right after he spent his morning setting up tents and fixing a water well with other team members to serve his people.
The Sameer Project team is devastated, our hearts are broken. But for Omair, Mosab and Ameen, we keep going.
Pray for our beloved Omair 🤲🏽

Today, the bodies of Raghad and Rahaf, granddaughters of my late uncle, Dr. Omar Firwana, were finally recovered.
They were the last of 15 family members killed in an Israeli massacre on October 15, 2023.
After three years of painful waiting, their remains have finally been recovered.
