🧐 Curious about how schools are implementing 'Teaching One-Pagers'? Here are five real-life examples shared by teachers and CPD leaders:
🪜 Instructional Coaching Meetings: One-pagers are being used to support instructional coaching meetings, enabling teachers to explore the ‘What’, ‘Why,’ and ‘How’ of specific ideas and strategies.
☕️ Informal PD Sessions: One-pagers prompt professional conversations during informal PD sessions (such as 15 Minute Forums) and provide a starting point for meaningful discussions on concepts, problems, and classroom strategies.
🤝 Department Meetings: One-pagers are being introduced into department meetings to establish a shared understanding of important educational ideas.
🛋️ Staffroom Displays: One-pagers are being shared and displayed in school staffrooms, department offices, and school PD libraries to inspire wider reading of educational research.
🧰 General PD Workshops: One-pagers are being used to support general PD workshops focused on building knowledge on high-impact classroom strategies.

It seems almost a bit obvious doesn’t it Mitch? When you see how it all connects together: creativity -> agency -> critical thinking -> engagement. Unfortunately not all Ts can see this, or find the ways to implement it practically… #GlobalGEGau
