No, you don’t “need reps” in a high volume clinic before starting your own practice. Making a bunch of Kraft macaroni and cheese does nothing to help you become a gourmet chef

Twitter sphere: we’ve got an animated discussion rolling in another thread and I’m looking for some crowd sourced assist. Question: what are we considering a “high volume PT clinic” or “PT mill” these days. Assuming no billable, qualified, LICENSED help

Beautiful. As @dr_mitch_dpt would say: "Opinions are cool, but data is cooler"
Replying to @jeffmooredpt
@jeffmooredpt. Ending 2020 with a bang! I think it needs to be both don't you? And that's ok. Certainly, it depends on the patient and their journey, but in my experience most expect both. I think studies' support that too. Here's an older one.

Lots of rehab pros (PT/OT/SLP) still seeing patients face-to-face, sometimes at a volume of every 15-30 min. Insurers like @AnthemBCBS @highmark @UHC @AskHMSA still not paying for telehealth treatment

Wondering if insurance companies are now paying for telehealth in your state? @AlanFredendall did some serious leg work compiling this spreadsheet, hopefully it can give you some guidance: docs.google.com/spreadsheets…

Super cool event that blended Crossfit style exercise with endurance exercise. More importantly, brought members of both communities exercising together in the sunshine for a great cause. Check it out next year if you'll be in the central NJ area on Father's Day weekend!
Proud of my “kid” brother @ericeisenhart - and the entire @Pro_Activity fam (incl honorary members) for pulling off something really cool. Invest in health. Comments like this are just icing on the cake.

Perhaps it’s because we (as in ALL of us) refuse to take the courageous actions required to make prevention and reversal of the cases that can be (as in MOST) the default option. Confirmed. We know what DOESN’T work. – at Clinton, NJ
