🌬️ #StormAusten is coming!
Live near the railway? Make sure you tie down objects like trampolines and garden furniture.
These can easily blow onto the tracks and block train services. ❌

We're delighted to have you as part of the team David, helping to shape Great British Railways.
A railway that enables great people to put the customer at the heart of its business is something you have delivered at @LNER, and can do so once again for everyone in Britain.

⛈️ #StormAusten arrives this week, so we're working hard to prevent weather-related delays.
🚆 40-60% more rain is forecast than normal this year, so floods + fallen trees are likely to disrupt trains.
🦺 Check travel at @nationalrailenq in bad weather.

Arriving into St Pancras does make you a bit proud.
Eurostar train to the underground in about 5 minutes and unlike arriving into many airports the elegant building, bustle of the station and attractive public realm must give a great first impression of Britain.

Bradford is getting a brand-new station 🚆
Today the Government has confirmed a new station at Bradford Interchange, putting our city at the heart of Northern Powerhouse Rail.
That means more trains, quicker journeys across the North, and up to £1 billion boost for our economy.
A city this ambitious deserves a station to match. Now we’re getting one.
