A slower market isn't necessarily a weaker market. It can actually be a more honest one.
Buyers have time to evaluate. Developers have to compete on product, quality and execution rather than manufactured urgency.
And most importantly, prices have to be justified by real demand.
I see this as a healthy phase for Hyderabad real estate. The market is becoming more discerning, not necessarily less attractive.
