If it can be proven according to Californian law, “THEFT BY FALSE PRETENCES” that @kimchi1x even only knew about the tweet he could face over 4 years jail time for his project kimchi rug pull.
Apparently he’s American and I can imagine prosecutors in California would like to prosecute such a possible flagship case.
He’s also doxed which makes it a lot easier.
Interesting times, I hope it happens.
