We should endorse where it is good for our movement, which often means endorsing candidates who will not be representations of the Party. That is good. We cannot turn those politicians into representations of our movement, we must attack and draw lines. I hope we primary Nithya ASAP and replace her with someone closer to our vision. It is hard not to wish Rae had won. Nithya is still the left wing progressive candidate against Bass, and her concessions and identification with socialism are still victories.
