I escaped from prison in #Libya 10 years ago today, on 8/24/11, after being wounded and captured on a recon mission. Nearly 6 months in solitary confinement as a #POW before escaping and returning to combat. Today thinking of POWs around the world who are suffering for a cause.

How virus software is worse than useless these days. Neighbour complained about slow internet speeds. Measured his signal: all fine. Inspected his Windows machine. All good. Only suspect was McAffee. After uninstalling it his internet speed went from 0.5MB/ps to 100MB/ps.
