How does @caroberts17 not get an invite to the HBCU Combine
Brian Simmons | NFL Agent retweeted
HBCU players this ain’t a @nfl open tryout. U must receive a invite just as the other combine participants do. The @nfl was submitted a qualified players list from your coaches & etc. They will fly u to the @MiamiDolphins facility & u will get to compete for a @nfl opportunity

Dear future Senior Bowl invitees,
If an agent told you they had anything to do with you getting a Senior Bowl invite, they are lying to you.
Only one thing got you invited—YOUR TAPE!
See you on January 19th!

Top match-up is #Louisville LT Mekhi Becton vs. #NotreDame stable of pass rushers. EDGE Julian Okwara has 1st round traits. EDGE Khalid Kareem has day 2 grades around the NFL. EDGE Daelin Hayes has a shot to get drafted late.

One player for @NDFootball we’re keeping a close eye on this fall is DE Daelin Hayes (@DaelinHayes_IX). Hayes was a top national recruit and he certainly looks the part but rhe @seniorbowl wants to see Hayes cut it loose and make more plays as a senior. #thedraftstartsinMobile

Why can’t people just celebrate these guys getting paid? Instead of comparing and talking about who “deserves” what. You are worth whatever someone will pay you...but keep hating each other 🤐 young dudes (black or otherwise) getting multi millions is a beautiful sight

Agents pray to stay on the Standard Player Agent Contract (SPAC) until free agency opens. Once a player signs his deal, the agent is guaranteed his/her commission for the life of the contract, irrespective of whether the agent is fired during the term of the agreement.

Agents usually negotiate big deals for others, not themselves. But before he became a free agent, David Mulugheta became an equity owner of Athletes First, as well as President of Team Sports. Mulugheta reps stars such as Deshaun Watson, Jalen Ramsey, Earl Thomas, Derwin James.

Annual PSA (please save, scouting enthusiasts): #NFLScout contracts typically run May to April. That's why changes are made now. Not because a team is frustrated that it had a lousy draft.
