Sid Miller just announced a crackdown on H-1B employers receiving Texas Department of Agriculture grants.
Yet his own agency is contracting with H-1B dependent vendors and is named as the secondary employer (end client) on multiple LCAs.
@MillerForTexas taxpayers don’t want to fund foreign labor.
Why stop at grants?

🚨 BREAKING: TEXAS JUST TOOK THE H-1B FIGHT TO A WHOLE NEW LEVEL.
Texas Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller announced that businesses employing H-1B visa workers will no longer qualify for certain taxpayer-funded state grants.
Read that again.
Companies can choose to hire H-1B workers.
But Texas taxpayers shouldn’t have to subsidize that decision.
And Miller isn’t stopping there.
He’s challenging Governor Greg Abbott and other state officials to adopt similar restrictions across their agencies.
This could go far beyond agriculture.
Here’s the question every governor should answer:
Why are American taxpayers subsidizing companies that hire foreign workers while qualified Americans struggle to find jobs?
Should all 50 states follow Texas?

LEAKED: MICROSOFT'S CLOUD + AI CHIEF TELLS EMPLOYEES "WE WANT TO BRING MORE TALENT INTO THE UNITED STATES."
That is Scott Guthrie in his division's internal AMA, two days after Microsoft offered buyouts to about 60,000 employees and a week after the US Gov’t suspended their PERM filings.
He told visa and green card holders Microsoft will "continue to sponsor" them.
He said Microsoft is "working with the US administration to get clarity," and "we're not sure that everyone's looked at the right data."

🚨 USCIS IS REPORTEDLY APPROVING H-1B VISAS WITHOUT TRUMP’S $100,000 FEE.
An immigration law firm says employers filed petitions without paying the fee after federal courts blocked its enforcement.
Some applications reportedly stalled beyond premium processing deadlines.
Now approvals are coming through.
The firm is encouraging employers to reconsider hiring H-1B candidates currently overseas.
The court battles aren’t over, and the number of approvals remains unknown.
Trump imposed a $100,000 barrier to hiring foreign workers. Courts blocked it. Now employers are reportedly getting approvals without paying it.

This is what happens when you give FAKE Indian engineers a computer.
Indian company eMudhra’s private keys were tiny numbers like 4, 56, and 66 were cracked in under a second on a laptop. Attackers can use this to gain for any site.
This lands the same day as critical PHP zero-days enabling access on nearly every PHP site.

We first published Instacart’s hidden jobs in California in April 2025
Then in August Instacart threatened to sue Jobs Now for promoting their hidden jobs, and we were forced to take their ads down
But we didn’t let them shut us up, and alerted Newsweek and The Hill to Instacarts discrimination
So happy to finally see justice for Americans job seekers Instacart unfairly discouraged from applying!
Another win for Harmeet!
Major win for protecting U.S. workers! Instacart has agreed to a $5 million settlement for discrimination during PERM recruitment. Thank you @andrealucasEEOC for your partnership in getting a great result and sending a message that this administration holds companies accountable.

So what happens when you go into government? Does someone meet you in a back office and show the tape they have of you with underage prostitutes? Do they have CCTV of your family with snipers watching them? How does this keep happening?

The largest Universities are just Visa scam mills now. There need to be ARRESTS, not just deportations and denaturalizations.
🤓 MIT is one of 9 universities now under a federal investigation for potential J-1 visa abuse.
These nerds are accused of exclusively hiring foreign researchers to undercut American wages while exposing sensitive research to serious national-security threats.
Despite sitting on a $29.2 BILLION endowment, Epstein University fleeced Americans for $2.1 BILLION in federal funding this year.
Let me say that again: They have $29.2 BILLION in the bank. Our Dept of Education still shoved $2.1 BILLION into their wallet.
Here's one of their former foreign misfits, Postdoctoral Associate Afif Aqrabawi.
His social media was littered with posts supporting Hamas, including praise for former terrorist leader, Yahya Sinwar, whom he hailed as “Person of the Year.”
“A martyr’s blood is the fuel of resistance. I commend Hamas.”
He was here on our dime for 5 years.
Upon being exposed as a lunatic, he fled back to Canada.
This is what the pipeline of foreign recruitment into American universities is producing.
We're not only bringing individuals hostile to the United States onto our campuses; we're using American taxpayer dollars to fund those who seek our demise.

Texas and America are being plundered.
The University of Texas reserves 90% of freshman admissions for Texas residents. But “Texas resident” does NOT mean American citizen.
Under current rules, children of foreign workers on certain temporary visas can qualify for those same seats after their parents establish just 12 months of Texas residency.
As Texans, we fund our public universities. The children of Texas parents who have spent their adult lives paying Texas taxes should receive first priority for admission.
Our children’s futures should come first.

🚨 25,376 PUBLIC COMMENTS ON TRUMP’S PROPOSAL TO END THE 60-DAY H-1B GRACE PERIOD.
An earlier independent analysis of 7,159 comments reported:
• 83.1% opposed eliminating the grace period.
• 14.2% supported eliminating it.
• 2.7% were neutral or unclear.
Now the total has grown to 25,376 comments.
We don’t yet know whether those percentages hold across all submissions. The earlier analysis has not been independently verified.
Under current rules, eligible H-1B workers who lose their jobs generally have up to 60 days to find another employer, change status, or leave the country.
The Trump administration wants to eliminate that grace period.
The public comment deadline is November 10.
If you believe American workers should come first, or you believe foreign workers deserve time to find another employer, this is your opportunity to make your position heard.
IMPORTANT: MAKE YOUR COMMENT COUNT.
Don’t submit generic comments about H-1B, OPT, immigration or American workers.
Keep your comment focused specifically on THIS proposed rule: eliminating the discretionary 60-day grace period.
• State whether you support or oppose eliminating it.
• Explain how the current grace period affects American workers, employers or the integrity of employment-based immigration.
• Share firsthand experiences, relevant data or specific examples.
• Identify the part of the proposal you’re addressing and explain your reasoning.
DHS specifically asks commenters to provide relevant information and supporting evidence wherever possible.
Don’t just debate immigration policy on X.
Submit an official public comment by November 10.

We discovered a sophisticated recording device that was hidden inside one of our offices. We used our models to understand the device and where it had come from, identifying that a specific employee had planted it a few days earlier. We referred the matter to the FBI, and we’re grateful to the agents and prosecutors who moved quickly to make an arrest. The FBI’s investigation is ongoing and we will continue to support their work.
At this time, we have no indications of this individual inappropriately accessing or exfiltrating model weights, source code, or customer data. The employee was terminated.
We take protecting our technology, data, and people seriously, and as a matter of national importance. Our security program is designed to protect against a wide range of threat actors, from insider risks to cybercriminals to nation states, and this case is an example of how AI can help address these sophisticated security threats.

The group with the LOWEST Pell Grant usage at UT Austin is also the group experiencing the LARGEST enrollment decline.
Interestingly, UT applies federal Pell Grants FIRST under its Texas Advance Commitment, before using its own institutional aid to cover qualifying students’ tuition.
That means federal Pell money can reduce the amount UT must contribute itself.
FY2024 the school received $67.6M in Pell Grants and spent 31.2M in Texas Advance Commitment funds.

🚨 MORE THAN 70 AMERICAN COMPANIES ALLEGEDLY HIRED FOREIGN IT WORKERS USING STOLEN IDENTITIES.
DOJ just announced a massive crackdown.
187 devices seized.
40+ residences targeted.
25 American identities compromised.
At least $3 million generated.
The scheme allegedly used U.S.-based laptop farms to make North Korean IT workers appear to be working from America.
How many American companies actually know who is doing their remote technology work and where those workers are located?

Billings Clinic is paying $625,000 a year for an H-1B anesthesiologist. The prevailing wage for that role in Montana is $239,000. That is 2.6x the government standard.
Red flags are all over this filing. The documents list two worksite locations, but only one is disclosed. The point of contact isn't a CMO or a department chair; it’s a "Physician Recruitment Manager."
Meanwhile, Gov. Gianforte was in India signing bioscience and university partnership MOUs.
Billings Clinic needs to answer a few simple questions:
What was the actual recruitment process?
How many Montanans or US citizens applied?
Why couldn't a $625,000 salary attract a single American doctor?
The H-1B system is for genuine shortages. Claiming "we couldn't find anyone" while offering nearly triple the prevailing wage is a joke. Show the recruitment records or stop pretending this is a shortage.
