❤️🦔 Some important info re Halloween & our spiky buddies 🕸️🕸️ ~ please read below, thank you 🦔❤️ #hedgehog #wildlife #Halloween
The real horror of Halloween. Artificial cobweb: a bit of fake fun for you, but a very real and terrifying death for them. If you see your neighbours using it, it's possible they don't know the danger so please print out this simple leaflet and pop it through their door: tinyurl.com/HalloweenHedgeho… The fine, strong synthetic fibres of this lethal 'web' are difficult for animals to see at dusk and can quickly wrap around their legs, wings, and neck, trapping and killing birds, insects and mammals. When Eden the hedgehog struggled to free herself the web tightened, cutting off circulation and causing deep wounds. Can you imagine the pain and sheer terror? And then seeing dawn approach, while hanging there, tightly bound and helpless, only an inch above the ground but suffering slow strangulation. Aside from being stressed, dehydrated, starving and exhausted, she also had horrific bite/peck wounds to her face, where she had been held there, helpless, unable to curl and defend herself, while a predator tried to eat her alive. Tragically her constriction injuries were too severe to survive, and poor Eden had to be put to sleep. If you have used this deadly cruel trap to 'decorate' your garden, I beg you - take it down now. Please spread this vital information, and help save lives.

We've been very lucky to have had extra help from Robert for the last 3 weeks! He's travelled all the way from Germany in his camper van. He helped us through our daily pig routine and helped out with the evening cat care and much more in between. Thank you so much Robert! 🤗

I photograph wildlife in Scotland and a camera beats a gun every time. You cannot call it a sport when the other side doesn't even know it is playing. #BanTrophyHunting now

Last time the Trophy Hunting Ban was stopped by that long streak of ---- Jacob Rees Mogg. The lover of blood "sports". Sports have 2 sides, this has just one with a gun. Ban this vile cruel unfair past time.

Auberon Waugh once went to stay with his father in London. He was dispatched, early, back to his mother with a note, which he duly opened. It read "Enclose the boy. He is not yet fit company for me."

They cry out in pain as they strike you… DARVO at the institutional level. Tommy Robinson was just found guilty of “intimidating” two Daily Mail journalists. Ironically, Tommy was found guilty for allegedly having done exactly what the journalists ACTUALLY did to him… My breakdown. Share!
Look at them still lying saying they exposed my riots shame , I didn’t encourage violence or riots. The facts are I appealed for calm the whole time . There was no truth in their story back then and there is no truth in it now .

Halloween artificial cobweb material: It may be a bit of fake fun for you, but it's a very real and terrifying death for them. And it's not only birds. Last year I had my first call of the season of a hedgehog trapped in this horrific fake 'cobweb', made especially for gullible halloweeners to spread over their greenery, trapping all unsuspecting birds, insects and mammals, including hedgehogs. The fine synthetic fibers are difficult for animals to see and can quickly wrap around their legs, spines, and neck, leading to severe injuries. When a hedgehog struggles to free herself the web tightens, cutting off circulation and causing deep wounds. These constriction injuries often lead to permanent damage or death. Unfortunately the call was from Manchester, so all I could do was talk them through getting the poor creature to a rescue. Clearly she had been trapped there for at least one night, and her struggles had pulled the strong nylon strands so tightly that one of her toes had been amputated. Can you imagine the pain and the sheer terror? And then seeing dawn approach, while hanging there, tightly bound and helpless. Aside from being stressed, dehydrated, starving and exhausted to the point of near death, she also had horrific bite/peck wounds to her face, where she had been held there, helpless, unable to curl and defend herself, while a predator tried to eat her alive. If you have used this deadly cruel trap to 'decorate' your garden, please take it down now. Please don't be conned by the greedy makers and sellers of this rubbish into hurting defenceless animals.

IN MEMORY OF JESSE ADAMS 🕯️ On October 25, our dear friend and rescuer Jesse Adams, founder of RainCoast Dog Rescue Society, was killed in an FPV drone attack while evacuating animals from Kramatorsk. Hundreds of animals are alive thanks to him. We’ll never forget you, Jesse❤️‍🩹

Because their forest was burned to ashes, they are homeless, starving. Approaching human homes in search for something to eat.

Lets hope her 'cocaine habit' catches up with her soon. Filth like this should not exist in a civilised society.
🚨 ONE TO WATCH - BLUEGEONED DOG TO DEATH WITH A SAUCEPAN 🚨 JORDANNA LEIGH WHEELER 🌎 LOUGHOR, SWANSEA Jordanna Leigh Wheeler bludgeoned her dog, Anubis, to death with a saucepan after returning home drunk from a party. She later told hospital staff she had woken up covered in vomit and discovered she had “battered him to death”. Police found the large brown Mastiff dead on his bed. A severely deformed saucepan bearing dog hair was also recovered. Wheeler was originally given a suspended prison sentence and a 10-year ban on keeping animals, but she repeatedly breached her curfew, skipped rehabilitation sessions and missed probation appointments. She also admitted leaving home to visit pubs and parks and take cocaine. Last week (March 2026), Judge Geraint Walters activated the suspended sentence, jailing her for 12 months, with up to half to be served in custody and the remainder on licence. Anubis suffered a horrific death. Wheeler was put behind bards, but only after repeatedly breaching the order imposed following his killing. Source UKACF.

What an act of vandalism! St Albans used to have a number of little pubs that backed on to yards like this. One was the Half Moon that was in chequer Street on half moon yard, which if you walked though, had terraced housing on new kent road, now all gone.

How things were to change in a very few short years as liberal teachers, their unions and freinds at county level started to push their left wing views.
The year is 1970 and the place is Britain 🇬🇧 And these children are learning basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills. Global warming isn't on the agenda. They're not being told that a man can become a woman. Christianity, they're told, is the bedrock of British religion. Their Christmas nativity play will not be modernised to appease certain minorities. They will sing hymns at assembly and recite Christian prayers. They will not be subjected to anti-British propaganda. Amen 🙏

They are in breech of the Highways Act 1980 and the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act 2022, by wilfully obstructing the highway and endangering road users. Why are the Police not enforcing the law with these psychopathic animal abusers?
UTTER DISGRACE – The Quantock Staghounds were hunting on the A39 again today. It gets worse though, as it appears likely they were tormenting the same stag they hunted onto the road a couple of weeks ago, that collided with a car.

Last night, a very special little dog named Kuzia passed away at the Дай лапу, друже (Give Me a Paw, Friend) animal shelter in Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine. I’m heartbroken, but I wanted to share his extraordinary story because I think he deserves to be remembered. Kuzia was rescued from a rubbish pit near Komyshuvakha, a town in Zaporizhzhia oblast devastated by the war. He had been shot three times, including in the head, and had lost an eye. When rescuers found him, they initially thought he was dead. Then he barked. Veterinarians believed he would never walk again. The bullets had caused severe neurological damage, and removing them was considered too dangerous. But Kuzia had an extraordinary will to live. Under the loving care of Irina Didur and the volunteers at the shelter, Kuzia slowly began to recover. After months of rehabilitation, he managed to stand. Then he learned to walk. Eventually, against all expectations, he could even run. Kuzia never fully recovered from his injuries. He lived with serious disabilities and required specialized food and ongoing veterinary treatment. But he refused to give up, and neither did the people who loved him. Over the years, his remarkable story touched people across Ukraine and beyond. Over the years many regularly contributed to his care and recovery. I was fortunate enough to be one of them. I had hoped to bring Kuzia home to Kyiv and give him a peaceful retirement, but his neurological condition made the stress of travel a serious concern. Sadly, I never got the opportunity to hold him in my arms. I often think about what life must be like for the hundreds of dogs at the shelter. However hard Irina and her volunteers work, there are simply too many animals and too few resources. Kuzia deserved a life of comfort, freedom, and love, as they all do. But I’ve come to believe that Kuzia’s life had a purpose far beyond his own survival. His courage and determination inspired people to open their hearts and their wallets. And I like to think that the generosity he inspired didn’t just help him, but also helped feed, shelter, and save other animals who had nowhere else to turn. In that sense, this little dog who had suffered so terribly may have helped save lives himself. The night before Kuzia passed, I prayed for his sweet little soul. I asked the spirits of all the animals I’ve loved and lost over the years to be there waiting for him, to welcome him and help him cross the Rainbow Bridge, so he wouldn’t have to make that journey alone. I want to thank Irina and everyone at Дай лапу, друже for everything they did for him. Their work, especially in a city living under the constant threat of war, is an extraordinary act of compassion. I’ll never forget what they did for Kuzia, and I’ll continue supporting their efforts to care for the hundreds of other animals who depend on them. Kuzia never knew how many people loved him, or how far away some of us were. He didn’t know how many hearts he touched or how much kindness he inspired. He was just a little dog who had been terribly hurt and somehow found the strength to keep living. But sometimes the smallest creatures leave the greatest impressions on our hearts. Rest peacefully, sweet Kuzia. You were a little angel, and I’ll never forget you. ❤️🐾🌈

💔 IN MEMORY OF JESSE ADAMS — A TRUE HERO FOR ANIMALS 💔 It is with enormous sadness that we have learned of the tragic death of Jesse Adams, founder of RainCoast Dog Rescue Society in Canada, who lost his life while carrying out an animal rescue mission in one of the most dangerous areas of Ukraine. Jesse dedicated his life to saving animals, even when it meant putting his own life at risk. We first came to know Jesse in 2021, when Afghanistan fell to the Taliban. Jesse and RainCoast were among the extraordinary organisations that came together to assist KSAR with the evacuation of 285 cats and dogs, helping many find loving forever homes. Following Russia's invasion of Ukraine in 2022, Jesse travelled to the border to help fleeing families and their pets, providing veterinary care, supplies and assistance getting animals to safety. He returned repeatedly, undertaking increasingly dangerous missions. Most recently, Jesse worked alongside Animal Rescue Kharkiv, rescuing hundreds of animals from devastated frontline communities under constant threat from drones, missiles and artillery. These were extraordinary acts of compassion and courage in the face of unimaginable danger. Jesse knew the risks. He knew every mission could be his last. Yet he continued because he believed animals caught in conflict deserved protection just as much as those living in peace. Those of us working in animal rescue in conflict zones understand and accept these risks. But few possess the courage to repeatedly travel towards danger when everyone else is trying to escape it. Jesse was one of those very special people. His death is a devastating loss to his family, friends, RainCoast and the international animal rescue community. Our hearts go out to everyone who knew and loved him, particularly the Ukrainian rescuers who worked alongside him. His legacy lives on in every animal he saved and every rescuer he inspired. Rest in peace, Jesse. The world has lost an extraordinary human being, and the animals have lost a true champion. 🐾💔 With love and deepest respect, Louise and everyone at War Paws #JesseAdams #RainCoastDogRescue #WarPaws #Ukraine #AnimalRescue

Exactly as many of us have been saying for a long time
Former BBC Panorama producer @philcraig says the Beeb has been taken over by a “radical generation” and that “all the mistakes” in its Gaza coverage “seem to be in the same direction.” He points to the al-Ahli hospital blast, when the BBC rushed to blame Israel for what turned out to be a misfired Hamas rocket, and warns this kind of poor journalism has helped fan fires around the world — including literal fires at synagogues. Gerald and I are proud to call Phil a friend and colleague. Thank you for the clarity and courage in calling out your former employer. thejc.com/news/uk/bbc-is-bia…
